In general, I've had excellent experiences with Iberia flights and will continue to use them. In this last flight there were two things that didn't go right. I didn't get the kosher meal I had pre-requested when I had checked in on-line. Things worked out OK as we ended up eating the fish and vegetarian choices, which were really good. The other issue was that some movies for me and my wife started fine but after 8-12 minutes the content just switched to something else. The flight attendant reset our entertainment systems, but the problem persisted. We ended up choosing other movies/TV shows that did work fine.
Everything went smoothly, and we even arrived 40min earlier than scheduled, on an Orland-Madrid route.

I had an issue with the name on my ticket vs my passport name. I was very upset that the Iberia ticket clerk had no authorization to help me and I was left to fix it. It took 19 calls of persons promising to accomplish and not doing anything before I reached someone who helped me in 10 minutes. Two of them even hung up on me. I missed my original flight because of this. Terrible customer service.
Everything OK , except the plane left more than an hour late so I couldn’t participate in an excursion I had that morning in Brcelona
HORRIBLE. 3 hours delayed. Crew did not communicate properly and was rude to passengers enquiring. Delay caused multiple passengers to miss connections.
A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.
When our first flight was late, meaning we missed our flight to Madrid that day, American rescheduled us for the next flight the next day, gave vouchers for meals and hotel, and lounge access.
Awful!! Flight from Miami was delayed. Therefore we missed connecting flight. Nobody knows where our suitcases are for 2 days already !!! As far as the air craft: TVs are not working, food ala cart and even that looked awful. Did dare to taste. If you want a blanket - bring your own. Nothing is free.
The food was good but basically thrown at you with a don’t bother me attitude. The plane itself was quite dirty.
It was a good experience, especially travelling with a baby and their accessories
The overall seat and cushion needs to be updated. It was hard and no support. My butt was numb for most of the flight. The food was subpar at best being in premium economy cost. The flight attendants were excellent and attentive during the whole flight. Disappointed I had to select our seats 24 hours prior.
Was late but that airport/storm fault. Flight was full but comfortable. Food quite nice. Unfortunate that I had a rather miserable attendant, others were much friendlier
Great experience overall, no issues with boarding, flight crew or services on board.
The flight as far as timings go was excellent. Unfortunately we ended up sat with someone on a night flight who had been drinking alcohol before boarding and BA staff were happily serving him more alcohol. He was very drunk which made our flight uncomfortable and awkward. My partner had this person lying on him whilst asleep. Alcohol should be served minimally. If there had been an emergency this person would not have been in a fit state to act accordingly.
Lost our luggage in Heathrow. Showed up 3 days into a 7 day vacation. Very inconvenient and disappointing!!
The seats were tiny, being of a fairly petite build, I don’t usually expect to feel crammed and cramped in a seat, but I definitely was on this flight. I couldn’t even bend over to get anything out from under the seat in front and getting up to go to the bathroom at night with the seat backs reclined was nearly impossible. I had to do gymnastics to get over and out. For an airline that does long flights overnight, it’s kind of ridiculous.
The food was awful and little, on the plane there was not space to even move in the aisles, the seats were super close to each other, no confortable at all!
I needed to cancel my flight due to the illness of the person I was scheduled to visit in London. However, I was told no refund or transfer without a large ($199) penalty. I lost the money and didn't get to go to London, so it was a bad experience.
Flight was cancelled and had to spend another night in Tampa. Flew back with Virgin as the next BA flight was also severely delayed
