Cons: "I see a comment about letting people board when it wasn't their turn. This did happen a little and it is shameful more of the people that think they can get away with it. Eventually, the ground crew did start yelling and organizing people, which helped correct the situation. I do think that all people should be kicked back to the end of the line for not following the procedure. Food was only okay (Fish in shrimp sauce)."

Cons: "PAL - Plane Always Late! it seems that this meaning to the acronym sticks really good with our flag carrier. I was observing and trying to get some information on what is happening or reason for our delayed flight but to no avail. The captain's explanation makes no sense. With a 3 hour delay, I knew and felt that It would not be a great ride because right from the very start it already started wrong. I was already stressed out from the very beginning even though i saw in the cabin crew's effort and super great service towards especially to our older passengers their dedication and passion to serve. I was really looking forward to this flight but I guess this was one of those days that all you could do is close your eyes and stretch your patience. One other bad experience was getting on Terminal 1. Great improvement but it could be still better. Can't connect to Wifi (its asking me my number on the US when I did not sign up for roaming and for sure will not be able to get the code that they will send on my number) Last year was better, just log on and boom! Impressively lightning wifi speed connection. No questions or log ins and you can safely assure and text your relatives waiting patiently outside that you are there waiting. I just wished we went to Terminal 2 instead. But I guessed it will also be the same because everything started on a bad start with that 3hour delay. They were lucky most of the passengers were excited to be home and sleeping!"

There was so much leg room, I closed my eyes at one point and felt like I was laying on a beach in Hawaii. The plane had a fantastic movie selection and great cuisine. Even the crying baby in the row over was such a delight!"

Cons: "Traveling with kids we paid the higher price for a supposely non-stop flight (other better airlines were cheaper with 1 stop). In reality, it made a refueling stop in Guam. This was not disclosed when we bought the tickets. We got an email the morning of the flight telling us the arrival was delayed by one hour still nothing about a stop. We found out when we were checking in at the airport. Then, while stop on Guam, we got email saying the flight is 2 hours late! WTF"

There are also no places to eat a quality meal if you have descent layover. The food at all the kisoks were not well cooked and the sanitation is easily a D. Also, there is an expected delay of 30 min to an hour with every flight. So don't have any connecting flights with tight transit times."

Cons: "Flight delayed for 5 hours - Connection from Manila was going to be very close. Flight attendant assured me multiple times they would hold the connecting plane, and give us an escort off the plane to make it to the other gate as fast as possible. We arrive in Manila, and there is no special escort. They take us at a regular pace to a connections desk in the terminal. They delayed helping us so we missed the only other flight leaving that night for Bali. While the person at the transfer desk was supposed to be helping us get new connecting flights, they would stop helping us, and take care of other people that showed up at the desk. It took them 1 1/2 hours to rebook our flight. They tried to put us on a flight that took over 20 hours with connections for a direct flight we had missed that would take about 4 hours of flying. We had to get on Kayak.com ourselves to find a better connecting flight that left the next morning. After 1 1/2 hours, the attendant finally put on a flight that was similar to the one we found but slightly worse. They said they could not work with certain airlines leaving from Manila, which I did not understand. Then, they proceed to tell us to go wait in the terminal overnight for the flight leaving the next day. We had to directly ask them to give us a hotel room for the night, which they did upon our request, but were not going to offer it without us asking for it. I understand delays and missed flights are part of air travel. But we were routinely lied to, ignored, and flat out pushed aside during the rebooking process. It was a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer. Never fly Philippine Airlines if you can avoid it."

Pros: "I got to the airport at 4:45 am (who urs and 15 min before scheduled departure). The airport employees couldn't find my flight. They said the 1st ANA flight is not till 9:30 am. Then after 30-40 min of confusion, searching, etc, they sent me to another terminal which was 40 min away! Where they couldn't find my flight either at first. Then they finally came back and said that per their schedule, the first flight out is on ANA is at 6:45, not 7. And the reason why they couldn't find it is because it was only code share ANA but operated by Philippines airlines. As a result I missed my flight, missed my work and had to deal with co sequences. Unacceptable"
