I like the landing which is nice and safe, seats are also comfortable
Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama
Business class seats felt very cramped compared to other airlines.
The 777’s economy seat’s legroom was more tolerable than expected. I appreciate the reclining mechanism which slides the seat forward to minimize cannibalizing the space behind. The food was terrible: very salty.
We had turbulence ever 1/2 hr or so and the captains announcements were SOOOO LOUD
So bad, flight was been cancelled due to aircraft problem, so ended up buying anothet ticket.
Both the WIFI and entertainment did not work for 2.5h
The crew made our experience extremely bad. They were rude and didn’t have anything for kids.
Check-in and in-flight staff were better than average. The seat was a fair size but too hard and not enough padding. The cushion/pillow provided is poor (thin and seems to be disposable ,it provides no effective cushioning or support). Food was OK-ish but no choice of inflight snacks and no easy place to get drinks other than water (I could ask for juice by intruding into the staff area at the back of the plane) Entertainment was very good actually. Overall better than I expected from a US-based airline (sorry!) but compared to ANA or Singapore it was so-so. (I live in Japan so they are my comparative airlines)
A great experience with excellent service by the crew and attention in assisting the passengers.
Going to Tokyo was not so good. Back to Detroit was excellent.

Great Value with Tway Airlines I highly recommend flying with Tway Airlines—especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. While the lowest fare comes with limited luggage allowance, it suited me perfectly since I was traveling light. Check-in and boarding were impressively fast and hassle-free. The ground staff and cabin crew were exceptionally polite and courteous throughout the journey. Although the aircraft was an older model and lacked inflight entertainment, this was a minor trade-off considering the ticket cost was nearly 70% lower than typical fares on the ICN–FRA route. If you're focused on value and efficiency over luxury, Tway delivers a smooth and pleasant experience.
I liked cleanliness, comfort, kind staff. I thought communication about meals could be better. We did not know how we were supposed to ensure we had food and drinks in our booking
ok flight, but charged for everything. water, food, baggage. no free water available, I had to plead to give me water to take medicine.
Need to consider about zero entertainment services and lack of flight information!
I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.
