Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

Everything about the flight was good. My one complaint would be that we were required to pay for a seat in order to select our seats before the flight. When I pay for a ticket I think the seat selection should be included.

I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.

Flight attendant was sincerely mean -- a true disgrace to an otherwise pretty crummy company anyway. Really embarrassing. I actually feel bad for United.

Due to late arrival flight we missed the connection. There's no way possible we could have made it through customs and made the flight to Prague given the time allowed. Even if there was no delay from MIA to FRA I question if we would have made the PRA flight.

Tired of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, especially carry-on luggage.

We sat on the plane for three hours while they fixed something and then we waited for 30 other people to board the plane. They texted us 7 times adding on to the delay. No food or drinks were offered for those three hours while I watched the flight attendants eating and drinking while we waited to leave.

The crew was not friendly . Service was poor. Food was not great. It was also an older plane that ha some equipment issue.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

Both flights were delayed. I lost my connection on the way back. No voucher or anything was givenx I had business ticket and no support to make it on time. I got to the door running 5 min after they close. Food really bad. Breakfast in business was worst that I what I remember in economy. Even though I have accumulated many miles, I don’t think Inwill keep buying Iberia. I am a frequent business traveler.

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

The food is really eco only level. Breakfast was shameful. I am considering to stop flying with Iberia. Business prices are as expensive as other companies with much better service.

The plane was modern and clean. TAP staff at the airport as well as the flight crew were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

I suspect that there was an item pilfered from my bag at the TAP automated check-in counter on March 26th at Heathrow Airport around 11:30am. I think that the employee assisting me with my bags took something out of it when I was not paying attention because today, March 27th there is a notebook missing. Please check the camera to see if indeed this occurred. My description: Male, African Decent, 5'8, 180lbs medium build, wearing trousers and a jacket. Employee description: Female, Indian Decent (guessing) 5'7, slight build. Flight 1359, London to Lisbon.

Ground staff at Rome gate & boarding were rude and unhelpful

Very agressive with bags both arrival and departures found minor damage to my luggage including my check bag being broken into nothing of value was in there so I do not believe anything was taken but definitely broken zipper into the outer pockets of suitcase

Great staff who were ready working with smile 6 in the morning on New Year’s Day. Although security checkpoint was way too busy, the airline staff were understanding and waited few minutes after boarding. We took off not only exactly on time, but arrived 20 minutes early. Two thumbs up!!!

Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.

Of course food only if you pay and no entertainment. As always with TAP they collected hand luggage and you must check in. This happens mostly with TAP and is not acceptable because others are having three pieces or more. TAP should be consequent and collect hand luggage only from those who have more than one piece.

TAP needs to allocate gates at airport. Boarding and disembarking using buses is tortures in hot weather.

Crew and flight were excellent! THIS is how a crew and a pilot should act! They were nothing like our Rome to Lisbon flight! The few things that could be better? Organize the buses better and have better food choices. Also get bigger glasses for soda, water and juices. Other than that, this flight was excellent! John and Barb Sanford Plainville, CT USA

Food not so good. Need more veggies and whole grain especially the late food. Couldn’t figure out how to use the entertainment system.

Seating space was crowded and I am a very small woman.

Updates from pilots about delays would make them less frustrating.

It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.

Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.

It was below average experience overall. They did not have my food choice which was selected a month ago for 8+ hour flight. After landing I waited to collect my bag but my bag did not come and I wasn’t told it was delayed or lost. I had to find someone to help me to locate it and it was sent through next flight. Overall I would say at wasn’t very good experience

Too many passengers are bringing two large bags, neither fit under the seat so space is limited and the crew ask for many people to check bags

Lounge access restricted due to capacity. Boarding long and free for all. Good crew service Food awful.
