Excellent. Thanks to United Star Alliance, since economy was overbooked, I’m grateful to have been upgraded to Business Class.

Good plane, excellent food, crew and entertainment. Seats in business could use an upgrade

Boarding was easy, the flight left on time and even landed 20 minutes early. The food was plentiful and really good! The crew was kind & helpful. Overall it was an exceptional experience!

The flight was safe, confortable and convenient. Thank you. I hope to come back soon!

temperature was too cold there should be free blankets, seat are very uncomfortable, entertainment is limited.

It was hidden that I needed a special fee to bring my guitar on. They charged me an extra 69 euros at the gate and did not refund me the checked bag I paid for and the over head bag I paid for which I didn't use because I had to pay for the special guitar case. Criminal behavior. They were very unkind about it as well. Terrible experience. I'd like my money back for the extras I paid for.

The flight was great; I don't see any area of improvement.

Boarding was odd. Gates switched and had to take a bus to the plane. Luggage got lost. Still waiting on one bag. Flight itself was very nice!
