Cons: Too many people, especially children running up and down aisles during flight. Not adhering to COVID guidance. None of the crew addressed this ☹️

Pros: Nothing, the flight was canceled without a refund. I highly recommend canceling all business with kiwi in the future.

Cons: The little plane is always brutal. I'm not a small guy and sat next to an offensive lineman. It was tight for sure!

Cons: Mechanical difficulty. Late Then missed connecting flight. 4 hours in a hotel. Then back to the airport the next day. Why can’t airline keep planes in good condition?

Cons: The snack on the flight was brioche with a Cajun spread. The bread was great but the spread was too spicy for my tastes.

Cons: We actually skipped this flight because the layover in Minneapolis was a full 5 hours, and it saved us time to have a relative pick us up and drive to Rochester, so we forfeited the price of the tickets.

Pros: Again, crew was very friendly. It's nice to be welcomed aboard. The male flight attendant found me a blanket after I requested it. Also I appreciate the free entertainment options on the WiFi.
Cons: Ambient low lighting was pretty much non-existent in that old MD88.

Pros: The crew on the airplane was great. We had 2.5 hours turbulences but the crew started to give out drinks as soon they got the ok from the pilot
Cons: We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate.

Pros: The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.
Cons: Virtually no food options.

Pros: Flight crew is helpful. We travelled with my 82 year old mother who needed some assistance, especially for our short connection times, and they made sure she and our whole group made it to the connections on time.
Cons: My husband is 6’ 4” tall so the seats on the CRJ-700 are a tight fit for him. Had some trouble with boarding passes not loading on the app and couldn’t select seats until we got to the gate.

Pros: great crew, very nice and helpful often looking for ways to serve people. More leg room. I had a free upgrade to exit row seating. Food was prettu good for a flight of that length.

Cons: No one would reissue me a ticket for the next flight. Delta and West Jet kept saying the other company should do this, and in the end no one did and I had to purchase another ticket.

Cons: I've never had a flight wait over 30 minutes past departure got other people to make a connection and get on to this flight. Seems beyond normal and wrong to those that were there in time and on the flight to support an on time departure

Cons: Boarding (goes faster if the rear of the plane boards first), delay, insufficient space at seat, no advance notification of needed app for entertainment access, app not available on kindle fires.

Cons: When I got to the airport they were not helping me to get to the right place to get my flight I lost it

Pros: Counter agent found reservation but not ticket number(?). She was very helpful and nice but Delta reservation system was a total mess. Barely made boarding even though we arrived airport plenty of time before the flight.

Pros: But, this wasn't bad at all, even though we were on the very last seat of the plane. We were next to one of the flight attendants during take off and landing and she was very kind and we were speaking with her. The flight was smooth
