The check in staff at the front desk were extremely rude and forced me to check and pay for a bag that was a carryon.
We have a delay. Alrhoght we order kosher food- we werent in the list- so there was no food for us. At the end one of the passagers didnt wanted to eat so they gave us his portion. Was cold and the feeling of been forget is bad. Specially when you are traveling with a 2y old. That is hungry abd tired. Very disapointed.

Throughout the entire flight I felt uncomfortable to the point when I had a panic attack, which was caused by the clients on board. It is the airlines responsibility to maintain order of the inconsiderate clients. i wish to not deal with such a nightmare flight ever again.
Clean airport and airline. I was on the new Dreamliner. Book business you don’t want to be in the back.
For obvious reasons security is tight. However, they do not warn you sufficiently about the screening and security process. It took 2 hours alone to get through security and it was a light crowd. I can only imagine if it was packed or during major EU or Israeli holiday. They try to move people fast but security folks are all very young so they require a lot of supervision and need oversight so they stop and go for questions with trained team members.

Boarding was quick, flight left on time and arrived earlier than schedule, seats were comfortable.

I pre-paid two checked bags (one each for my husband and myself). At check in we were told I had not done this and we had to go pay at another desk in the airport and come back to the check in line, 40 euros each. I showed the agent my paperwork that showed one bag each--it was not explicit on the paper whether this was the allowance or what I had paid--and she shrugged and said "Bad information. You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck.
There was a sceen right before my eyes telling me how much time of the flight was left. Even if I wanted to be unaware of the information I could not because as I mensioned it was right before my eyes. I was aware of almost every minute of this flight....found it hard to let go and just let time pass
The plane we were supposed to be on from Riga to Helisinki had mechanical problems so they switched our plane. We had an hour delay do to that. Then when we got to Helsinki our luggage never made it.
They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline.

She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks.
Everything is top notch for an airline company.

Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight.

Airplane delay to take off 1 unknown reason After landing in Paris 50 min sitting inside airplane moving around Late for flight transfer. Sitting in Paris airport 5 hours. Customer service no working. Never fly Air France anymore !
We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!

Narrow seats, packed plane, late departure, very late arrival. Very long lines at check in & not enough staff! Staff had trouble helping Israeli passengers, lack of language and flexibility

It was nice to serve food on such a short flight. The plane was tiny, and the crew was friendly.
We paid full price for the flight, but we parked in Frankfurt at some very distant lot, no jetway, so far away from the terminal that there was only a cargo plane nearby. Even the budget airlines were parked closer. At these ticket prices, Air Moldova could park at the terminal and provide jetway disembarkation.
They would not let me board the plane because the flights to get to mink, Belarus had a change of plane in Moscow. They demanded that I have a Russian visa. I explained repeatedly that I am only transiting through Moscow and am not leaving the secured airport area. Still, they did not allow me to board the plane. I had to cancel the flight and buy a new ticket from a different airline that did not transit through Moscow. Kayak and Belavia must tell the passenger prior to ticket purchase that if the flight goes out trough Moscow a Russian visa is required. in my case, they never told me this until I arrived in the airport to board the plane. A terrible experience.

Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable.

Unable to check in online. Didn't accept credit cards forced to wait in serval lines to pay for luggage. Long waiting lines. Don't offer water on plane. No information given about luggage and being forced to pay for a seat fee. No information on connecting flights. Most uncomfortable plane and horrible experience.
We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia.
Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund
Seating was excellent good leg room for a tall person like myself. Service on flight wad great. Boarding and checkin were a bit of a mess but were quickly resolved

I was in the business class. Food was too salti Cabin stuff were clumsy Plates and glasses fell of their hands on the pasengers Many times dueing the flights. Chairs wrre stuck and a stuff member need to come every time i needed to change position.
They lost my laguage.
They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline.

But connecting flight is just 30 minutes delayed schedule because of airline benefits. I have to run the gate and I can make it but I heard 2 passengers didn't. I didn't hear this situation. When I ask staffs how about connecting flight to Nice, staffs just told me your flight is ok.
On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency.
I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers.
There is not much variety of what to watch- movies/tv. For a long flight it is a nightmare
Terrible. Long delays caused me to miss connecting flight and a wedding. Lufthansa decided 12 hours of my day and the missed ceremony was worth a 5 euro voucher... Never flying german again.

Black box under the front seat. No room for legs. Seat blocked in lower position, impossible to make it stay in upper position. Entertainment wasn't working good: extremely laggy when it was working ... Seats are way too short. You got the neck support into the upper back ... And I am only 1.80m. Overall, I am done with Swiss until they upgrade their planes. Wifi was 99usd for 220 mo ... what a joke. A 20+yo plane for a such reputated company. There was still the ashtrays inside the restrooms.
Bag check process
Let’s start with luggage. The amount you’re able to bring with you is the bare minimum. I asked if I could pay for my third luggage (carry on size) and I was told I couldn’t. I was forced to throw personal items away including shoes, clothes, and souvenirs. If you don’t speak their language, do not attempt to speak to them. They’ll just ignore you or tell you they don’t understand. They don’t even try! So unprofessional!

It's a relatively short flight. The crew was attentive and pleasant.
The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner
The worse customer service I have ever experienced! I had an emergency situation and had to change tickets. Despite of ridiculous fines for exchange, I was ready to pay them all in order to put family member on the plane. They could not even process that exchange, call me back or let me talk to supervisor. I ended up loosing a ticket and getting a new one.
Good airline teamed up with crappy American brings them down. Don't waste money!!
Environmentally mindful with some packaging
There were no menu options for vegetarians on either meal. Several screens were not working, despite multiple reboot attempts.
The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.

Some of the passengers are men from Saudi Arabia and they cannot be next to a woman. The flight attendant was very accommodating to those passengers.

It was already assigned and didn't let me change it Boarding was later than scheduled and caused my connecting flight at O'Hare hectic This was the first time that I had ordered Kosher food and I would never make that mistake again, the meal was okay but the sandwich was awful and had no taste!
