Pros: We were a little delayed, so I read my book. Not for long though as I was really tired after my flight from Los Angeles. I fell asleep right after take-off and didn't wake until we landed. Best way to fly :-)
Cons: Very little legroom for a 6'1" guy. Would have liked a bit more space, but I guess I was too tired to let it bug me.

Cons: My husband and son both ordered a wheel chair because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and when I arrived in turkey they said there was no order for one. I walked through the airport at a snails PA e and since I arrived I have been very sick.

Cons: However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken.

Cons: The staff isn't exactly friendly and the food is horrible. Do not buy food on the plane. Bottled and canned items are ok to buy, do not trust the rest.
Cons: My flight was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. Next flight was 8 hours later. They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through.

Cons: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.

Cons: I wasn’t asked to prepay luggage & it cost me double. That makes me very annoyed.

Cons: The seats feel small both in width and in leg room. Online check in did not work properly--I got a message that I was put on the stand-by list.
Pros: Would fly again! Food was excellent (warm meal on a 2.5hrs flight!), got an empty seat to use for my baby, they didn’t break her stroller or car seat, they didn’t lose our luggage.

Pros: The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable.
Cons: Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy.

Cons: As we landed we had to wait on the plane for an hour and a half because another plane (Spirit) was in our “parking spot.” This made it very difficult for people and connecting flights.

Cons: Very cramped chairs very small spaces between chairs very uncomfortable. Very poor entertainment program. Very impolite crew uncultured do not know basic respect. Will never fly aeroflot againand will warn my friends.

Pros: We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia.
Cons: Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund

They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!
Pros: The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.

Cons: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Cons: 1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.

Cons: We arrived for our flight 1 hour before the flight. They told us we were late then forced us to check one of our carryons because it weighed over 8 KG. (not too big just weighed too much) and was not a problem carrying on other flight. 10 Euros. We arrived at the gate 30 minutes before take-off and they had not started boarding yet. We were then pulled out of the boarding line and told that we had to pay a late fee of 60 Euros each because we were late. 180 Euros! We had to go back to the cashier counter in the ticket terminal to pay and then again go through customs/passport and transit screening. We still made it back to the gate in time to board and leave by departure time. We then waited for passengers from another connecting flight to arrive and board so we then left about 30 minutes late. Then the air conditioning was broken to we fumed in 90 degree heat all the way to St. Petersburg.
Cons: COnnected from an international flight coming from philly. Due to customs we made it to our plane 30 Minutes before departure (8:52 for a 9:30 departure we were at the gate looking at our plane). Half the reason we were delayed is because not only did we have to pick up our bags and clear customs but we then had to recheck them, not a problem except for the fact that NO BODY WAS AT THE TICKET COUNTER. So Frankfurt airport was gracious enough to let us back through customs with our checked bags (after collecting them in baggage claim). When we showed up they wouldn't let us on the plane and charged us 350 dollar rebooking fee to leave the next day at 3 pm. it only gets worse as no one helped us to rebook, we had to call a number then then had us write an email to the company. I am still beside my self on how terrible of an experience this was as we had to do all of this calling from the Frankfurt airport because no one would help us in person (using skype).

Cons: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service.
