Cons: The plane was extremely hot the entire 5 hour flight and even though many people asked to make the air cooler, the flight crew did nothing. It was a 5 hour flight and only 1 water was served. It was hot and only 1 water was served. When asked for two waters because I was extremely thirsty, the flight crew looked annoyed and brought only 1 to me. I hope to never fly Air Serbia again.

No WiFi is disappointing for a 12+ hr flight.

Cons: Typical Pegasus. One of the worst airlines of the world. I typicall try to avoid Pegasus, but sometimes I dont have other choice.
Cons: We arrived at the airport at 9:00 to check in for our flight that was scheduled for departure at 12:15 and we were told that we could not check in until 2 hours before the flight (10:15). All of the passengers for flight AZ1466 lined up in front of a check-in counter that displayed Alitalia for our flight. At 10:45 they announced the check in for AZ1466 at a different check-in counter knowing full-well that everyone was lined up for flight AZ1466 on our line. So then everyone that was lined up at the first counter had to line up at the new counter. My wife and I were initially 3rd in line and then after we had to move we were in the very back of the line. On top of that, they only had 1 person checking everyone into economy (which was most of the people on the plane) and they also had to weigh everyone’s carry-on baggage. We were initially told they had weather issues with the snow in Rome and they did not know if we would take off on time or would be cancelled. However, I was getting e-mail messages from Kayak stating our flight was on-time. So how is it that a 3rd party travel company knew what was going on, but the crew at Alitalia did not? Afterward I had to go through security, wait on the tax refund line, and go straight to board the plane. After that we waiting on the plane for 50 minutes and did not take-off until 1:05 PM. These were the problems in short: 1.No one informed us that we could not check in at this particular airport until 2 hours prior to flight departure. 2.They did not begin the check in process until 90 minutes prior to departure. 3.We had to switch check-in lines and they only had 1 check-in person. 4.We had no time to shop or eat lunch at the airport. 5.We boarded the plane and waited until 13:05 to takeoff when we were scheduled to take off at 12:15 (50 minute delay). 6.We received no communications about delays from Alitalia (via e-mail or app). However, we received e-mails from Kayak stating everything was on time. We had no communication from Alitalia about the delay or that we could not check in early (which you could do at every other airport I have been to). We also had a connecting flight in Rome that we were concerned we would miss. We arrived at Rome airport on a delayed flight out of Marco Polo airport (AZ1466). Our 13:40 flight to JFK (AZ610) was delayed until 14:45. After we arrived at Rome airport we ran through the airport to our gate and boarded the plane. After we boarded the plane we waited until 16:10 to take-off (85 minute delay). We did not receive any communication from Alitalia via e-mail, the Alitalia app, or crew members that our flight was being delayed any longer than it already was. We planned on stopping to use the bathrooms in the airport, eat a decent lunch, and shop (which I promised my wife we could do at the airport). However, we could not do any of those things because we did not receive any information about delays from Alitalia. After we arrived home in New York the airline l

Pros: The flight attendant was welcoming at the door and the service was done efficiently.
Cons: The tv monitor at the airport never bother to inform the passengers which was the boarding gate. After asking other passengers we deducted the gate number. The boarding was like a cattle drive bordering on a stampede since Aegean Airlines didn’t bother to divide passengers by groups, so people rushed to be first in line. We waited standing with our carryons for over 45minutes. Nobody knew what was happening or when they will start boarding. Naturally, when we finally got on board people where blocking the aisle because Aegean didn’t bother to board from back to front as it is usually done. The flight attendants were sweet but their English was almost unintelligible. My brother works and I worked for major airlines and have never seen anything so disorganized and unprofessional.
Cons: The flight was cancelled, so I did not make to the my connection flight with different carrier. I had to reschedule the flight and stay in the hotel overnight. AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic.

Cons: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.
Pros: Plane arrived on time with my luggage.
Cons: Plane was older. No entertainment but did not care. Seats not ergonomically comfortable. My knees almost touched the seat in front of me. I’m 5’6”. Even worse when seat is reclined. Forget about trying to exit to the aisle when this happens.

Cons: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Cons: Flew from London to Moscow with a 40min layover in Chisinau. I had to get off the plane with all my belongings, go into the airport, through security and check back in only to board the exact same airplane to go to Moscow! The most complete waste of time and energy ever experienced! Complete rubbish as the Londoners would say. Almost missed the flight and it was delayed because of the 5-6 of us that were in the same predicament. Air Moldova, you guys need to change your ways.

Cons: My flight to Frankfurt was late, which caused me to miss my connecting flight from Germany. Had to pay out of pocket for new ticket as Air Modova refused to rebook me or acknowledge that their filght was cause of missing my connection. Will fly in/out of Moldova with Lufthansa next time.

Cons: We had to get our bags from baggage claim in Frankfurt and re-check them before our flight and it was difficult because we didn't have much time
Pros: Air Moldova staff did work out a series of other flights that got me to my needed destination after I called for a better solution than was offered.
Cons: I did not like that the flight was cancelled on short notice and the initial rebooking I was given was for 15 hours after my scheduled flight (which caused a domino affect that would cost me an additional $150). I did get a different booking when I called and requested it, but it turned a 9-hour travel day into a 24-hour travel; I only did not lose money because ItaliaRail was flexible with me and my hotel in my final destination allowed me a very late check-in. I did not like that Air Moldova did not contact me - my online booking source notified me of the change, not Air Moldova.
