My iPhone 7Plus is only a little smaller than the screen they would have you watch for five hours. Also the plane was old and noisy and seats were not really comfortable. But this is par for the course flying to Hawaii for some reason, no matter the carrier. Hawaiian Airlines is usually better but that’s to be expected.

Cons: Flight delays cause cascade of irritable passengers. Flight out of Phoenix delayed due to late departure from previous location. We were told mechanical reasons was the cause of the delay. This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock.

Cons: Checking in in Tel Aviv was the worst experience I have had in checking in. The ladies just sat there, explained almost nothing, gave no eye contact. Finally, they told me the flight was overbooked and that was why I was waiitng. They offered nothing else--as if I had done something wrong (the impression they gave me), rather than Lufthansa. I waited a full 1 1/2 hours. No other explanation. At the very end, when they finally put me on a flight, they chastised me for not checking in online---this was NEVER offered to me by Lufthansa on my flight there or on the return. With other airlines they always send me an email to check in online ahead of time. Lufthansa did not. I could not have been more disappointed with this checking in experience with Lufthansa. Again, the worst in my life and would be cause for me not to recommend Lufthansa to others. Otherwise, the flight itself and the actual crew were great. So disappointing to have such an unprofessional check in experience.

Pros: The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled.
Cons: This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu.

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade"

It was reported to the crew and they immediately set about recording it for attention at next maintenance and changed our seats, so no complaints there. A few of the entertainment screens are scratched, and the controls faulty. But still usable with a little perseverance.
Cons: Seat row spacing too close. There is little point of a reclining seat because using it greatly inconveniences the passenger behind.

Cons: Horrible lie flat seats with absolutely no stowage room. Seats are super cramped with 8 in a row you feel like being transported in a cattle car. Crew was most decidedly unfriendly. We were boarded on time despite the fact BA knew the flight was delayed and sat at the gate for an hour. Food was equivalent to hospital food. U must be crazy to fly business in BA. Never again.

Cons: The flight was to Heathrow which was not prepared to accept us at all. We waited 45 minutes in passport control. I expect BA to make sure the port of destination is prepared to receive its passengers

Cons: I booked a regular flight and at the end the system or dont know how, booked me PLUS ECONOMY, when I wanted to change my ticket date, it was so expensive and almost no dates were available. Also, you didnt give me chance to downgrade in order to change the dates more easily. I always fly through BA and I love the easy it is to change dates, but this time you disappointed me. I usualy choose BA because its easy and non expensive to change dates in my flight but now I may be open to book with other airlines.

Pros: The flight was smooth from boarding to landing early at Heathrow.
Cons: It was a fully booked flight, which means the person next to you tends to overflow into your seat

Cons: I paid 100$ because I had to cancel my request. It was a technical error of your reservation system which unexpectedly changed my return from the 5th of November to the 6th of November. The fine was unfair and you're required to refund me.

Pros: The staff were some of the friendliest I have encountered in recent traveling experiences. They were very attentive to every passenger.
Cons: We only paid for economy seats, and unfortunately, it's hard to expect much more than what we got. The friendly service made up for the lack of comfort these seats provide.

Pros: Upgraded to world traveler plus was way more comfortable. The flight crew were so so nice and helpful. I am handicapped and they just couldn't do enough to make me comfortable.
Cons: They the seats I reserved months ago were changed.

Pros: Bigger plane than I was expecting. Had I known that I would have upgraded to a better seat. I was just expecting a tiny puddle jumper so this was a nice surprise. Crew were nice, offered food/drinks but I didn't want to buy any.
Cons: The plane had inseat screens but they said that licensing agreements prevented them from offering any video, games or news selections on a 2.5hr flight. The Pilot said he would turn on the in-flight navigator but it never did work, so I'm not sure what happened there. No internet connection in their fleet yet either. Clearly, this is a first world problem and I would still fly BA. But it's also 2017 and these features aren't "new"; I remember having in-flight entertainment back in the early 2000's on Delta flights in the US, so I'm not sure why it's taking more premium airlines so long to catch up.

Pros: I did not use the entertainment. The crew was refreshingly professonial, helpful, and cheerful [in a British way].
Cons: I'm tall and the budget seat was 'tight'. But it was to be expecdted.

Pros: I loved the on-demand entertainment which starts as soon as you board the plane and continues all the way into landing / taxing to the gate.
Cons: The system would not allow me to check-in / get my boarding passes 24 hrs prior to barding, which basically left me with a middle seat all the way to Seattle. I considered this a terrible process and didn't get a good explanation why I was blocked from doing my check-in online.

Cons: No food selection. No vegan meal that i ordered for my daughter.

Cons: BA cancelled the flight, did not reroute us, provided a phone number for tel aviv (closed for the weekend). Terrible customer service. And our ticket was bought thru vayama who also did not bother to help us. Bad bad customer service for BA.

Cons: The flight back could not have had worse service. I paid for an upgrade and got none of the treatment I expected from the flight there.

Cons: I wasn't offered any type of sanitation wipes like I was on my way departure. The airport in Mississippi disnt offer any type of sanitation such as hand sanitizer or a reputable substitute. Sure their were bathrooms, but that's very inconvenient to have to use every time you touch something.

Cons: The flight delay was not reported correctly until 30 minutes before expected departure. The baggage carousel stopped running after already being more then a hour late. No members present to rectify. Absolutely terrible trip

Cons: 1. Crew moved my luggage without asking, 2. Sat in window seat and it was easily 85 degrees, 3. Seat is not made for someone 6’2”. Neck support falls at shoulders which was super uncomfortable, 4. Inflight entertainment worked for a bit then didn’t.

Cons: I bought ticket on British airways. If I had known I would be switched to AA, I would have just bought it there & paid less

Pros: The crew was exceptional. The seats are very uncomfortable. It feels like you are being packed in a sardine can.
Cons: The airlines need to take into consideration, the Price that passengers pay for an airline ticket, only to be restricted in those uncomfortable positions on the average of 2 to 3 hours.

Pros: Nothing other than being able to get off this plane ride as soon as possible.
Cons: Everything. Friendlier crew who could look like they enjoy their job more. Seat and comfort. Seat pitch was awful for a major airline. Some discount airlines seats were more comfortable w/ more space. Boarding was archaic. Climbing stairs down to tarmac, bus ride, climbing up stairs to plane.

Cons: The plane had a mechanical issue that they needed to address (due to the fact that they prior crew did not address it) and we sat in the gate for 2 hours waiting. No worries water was offered by crew and the flight had no food.

Cons: Having to check a carry-on bag, then finding out there were multiple bins empty. What compounds the lie; now that we are on the ground, the ground crew cannot remove the checked luggage due to weather. Now I'm stuck without anything! No one at American want to help me out of this situation.

Cons: There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport.

Pros: It was not a full flight so I didn’t feel cramped and had space for my carry on in the overhead compartments instead of having to check it in due to lack of space like I had to do on all the other AA flights.
Cons: We were given last minute notice our flight was going to be delayed and our gate changed 3 times. There was never a definite time frame for anything and very vague information was given. Our flight ended up being delayed almost 2 hours. It was my most frustrating experience with any airline. Definitely would not choose to fly with them again

Cons: Boarding could be improved if they would start boarding from the back of the plane to the front after boarding 1st class and Priority this way people would not block the passage when putting their luggage in the oberhead compartments.

Cons: Customer service was AWFUL after our flight was delayed from Nashville to Dallas causing us to miss our connecting flight to Bozeman. I will definitely NOT be coming back to American Airlines after that experience.

I booked this trip back in Jan. and we were supposed to be across the aisle from each other. We ended up in the last row of seats of both flights. Cons: Had to rush to catch this connecting flight. At boarding time, which we just made, the previous flight had just landed and people starting to deplane. All we would have wanted was an accurate announcement versus an unfriendly feeling from the gate agent

Pros: Despite the boarding process, the on-flight crew was nice. The seats were comfortable. Also, I like the in-plane sockets and entertainment screens.
Cons: When preparing to board, the two clerks at the gate were very rude. I had a carry-on suitcase, a laptop bag, and a small camera bag. They wouldn't let me board, claiming that my camera bag was a third item that I couldn't have. They then tried to force me to check the suitcase which i explained that I did not want to do, before giving me the chance to place the camera bag in the suitcase (which it fit just fine). They were not understanding or friendly and really made me question my decision of flying with American Airlines.

Cons: Boarding was delayed 30 minutes, with no explanation. Upon arrival, another airplane was in our gate, resulting in an additional 30 minute wait, buckled in my seat on the tarmac.

Pros: It got us there on time
Cons: No inflight entertainment on the longer flight. Uhgggg.

Cons: I did not like that the airline would not give a seat on an earlier flight so that I would not have to spend so many hours in the Chicago O'Hare airport. I did not like that the airport only allowed me thirty minutes of access to the internet. As a result, I could not work while I had to wait for my flight. Finally, I did not like that the airline lost or delayed my bag.

Cons: Short flight, so food offering was little pretzels.

Pros: Only 30 minutes or so to ORD from GRB Paid with AA points at 7,500 miles each way for a weekend in Chicago

There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again.
