There was a lot of turbulence and because of the visible bad conditions of the plane we heard noises from the fuselage that were not normal. We feared for our lives... when in the way for landing we were loosing altitud softly, as it should, but there was a moment that the pilot pushed SUDENLY up again in a very hard way, after a few minutes he said it was to allow more time between planes, and that we will do one more tour that will take 10 more minutes. When we finally landed people were clapping, we also clapped celebrating we were alive. I think, if Jet Blue doesn’t replace or at least FIX this kind of rusty planes, I’m done with this company. It was a couple of dollars cheaper, but, my life is worth more than this."

I'm all for planes not breaking upon reentry, but the fact that the two flights were both subsequently delayed 4-5 hours each instead of bringing in a sub plane was inconsiderate. Now I've got a long drive home and I'll only get an hour of sleep before a 14-hour work day. So thanks for that, JetBlue"
Pros: "My daughter has a very severe peanut allergy. She was treated very well on her flight yesterday. Even though Jet Blue doesn't serve peanuts on their flights, they still gave her a pre-boarding pass so she could wipe down her area just in case someone on an earlier flight had something that could have caused a reaction. They also created a "barrier" around her by specifically talking to people in the seats around her and asking that they not open their own snacks that may contain peanut or peanut products. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jet Blue!!! We will definitely use you again!!"

No usb/power at the seat which would be preferable/should be standard by now for a coast-to-coast flight. Seat didn’t recline which isn’t the end of the world but a bit of a bummer. My headphones didn’t work with the little screen at my seat but it’s ok because based on my neighbor’s screen it was just a rotating lineup of Jet Blue commercials/fake tv shows that I can easily pass on."

The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. I would love to see an expansion to this USO location. They were full up this day, thank you for having this available to us! TSgt Angela Santiago Otero, USAF"

After spending 2 entire days sitting in the airport waiting, we were offered a "food voucher" for $30, were advised to go pick up our luggage first, but they failed to mention we would be unable to get back through DFW airport security just to eat!! We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. I'm in the marketing industry and am very capable of getting the word out to millions. American Airlines... 9/11...Never Forget."

We have to be there early to check in why would pilot and attendants get there early to make sure plan is ready and everything checked before starting on boarding process. Heck drive the plane around to test everything. Also what's up with 1 small cookie when people pay hundred of dollars for a delayed flight. Treat everyone like first class. Better seats. Seats are way to small. And maybe lunch should come with the flight or a bottle of water and a full bag of chips. We pay a lot for those flights. After all it's so expensive to by food in the airport then you wait and find out the flight is delayed."

Finally I had my emotional support dog with me and the crew told me I should. It be in that seat - the seat was assigned by the United Accessibikity Desk as a good one for a service animal - and I had zero choice in the matter. Baggage claim at SFO took over 45 minutes to start -I was home in San Francisco in only 20 minutes after getting my bag."

Cons: "Frontier cancelled our flight and sent us no notification. When we checked our flight status, we discovered that the flight was delayed and then when we called were told that it was actually canceled. Frontier refused to put us in a hotel for the night and then refused to pay for our air fare. We ended spending an additional $600. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!"

After boarding late because the plane was late due to weather (which is understandsble), we sat on the tarmack for at least 30-40 minutes, due they said for mechanical problems with the plane and, also, waiting for luggage to be loaded. I didn't understand that part, because why didn't they load the luggage while the plane was being checked out for the mechanical issue? Also, I've never been on a plane that doesn't give you a complimentary soda and snack."

Cons: "Our first flight was delayed by 2 hours and Spirit moved the connecting flight back some. Spirit did not hold the connecting flight. They only have one flight per day going to Santo Domingo. Our flight coming in was the gate beside our next one and instead of delaying by another 15 minutes they closed the doors while we looked at the plane and watched it leave the gate. They did not reimburse and they did not have another available flight to Santo Domingo until 5 days later. We had to spend more money to buy a ticket to get down there."

Finally we paid but we recorded the situation in our phone. We were severly mistreated and we will Not buy tickets from this company and will encourage our friends Not to buy tickets either. I appreciate that weather can delay flights but further delays based on crew incompetence is unacceptable."
