Even though Jet Blue doesn't serve peanuts on their flights, they still gave her a pre-boarding pass so she could wipe down her area just in case someone on an earlier flight had something that could have caused a reaction. They also created a "barrier" around her by specifically talking to people in the seats around her and asking that they not open their own snacks that may contain peanut or peanut products. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jet Blue!!! We will definitely use you again!!"

The flight attendants constantly hassled everyone and nit picked everything. I was told that my seat wasn’t upright, but the seat was old and wouldn’t go upright. Then I was moved a seat over. That seat also wouldn’t stay upright. I was constantly hassled about it, even though I wasn’t putting it back. All the seats were having the same issue, so the flight attendant told us over the intercom that if we couldn’t get our broken seats to work right, they would circle the airport and add another 20 minutes to our flight. Absolutely the worst experience I have had on a plane. Absolutely insane.
Everything went smoothly and all staff did a fantastic job taking care of passengers and their carry-ons that didn't have enough overhead compartment space to put into, but did well taking care of everything.
Mika, was outstanding. Always available when needed by passes gers. She's very hospitable.
Departed 25 min late with no explanation. Arrival time was very off due to late departure but would have appreciated a better estimate.

The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

I wasn’t able to make my flight because my first flight from Nashville (BNA) was delayed for mechanical error (someone’s chair wasn’t able to stay in the upright position), so when I arrived to New York/Newark (EWR) the connecting flight was gone. Since it was the last flight heading to Norfolk (ORF) that night, I had to be rerouted to Richmond (RIC), which is a 90 minute drive to my home. I will admit the lady working the counter was helpful in getting me that replacement flight ticket and put me in first class. Although I think there needs to be someway of halting a connecting flight if the previous leg is delayed. Yet I can see that would probably start a chain reaction of missing times, which helps no one. I just wish it were avoidable, but thankfully I arrived safe after all the headaches. The replacement flight got delayed too, but that’s because it was arriving late and held the crew for the flight I was getting on, but that’s a story for another time…
Shortage of labor resulted in a one hour delay in take off waiting for baggage to be loaded. With a one hour layover in Denver we nearly missed our flight home - very stressful!

Cons: "We were not notified prior to the flight that we could not of been a plane so of course the only snack I had with me for a four hour flight was a bag of peanuts. We were told we were not allowed to take any peanut products out on the plane and this was told to us from at takeoff."

Cons: "Out of the four frontier flights I’ve taken in the past six months each one has been delayed for some reason. First one was over an hour late and caused a majority to miss connecting flights. Today’s experience was not a whole lot different. First leg of the trip was behind schedule, second was delayed at the terminal for the “cleaning” of the aircraft. I will walk to my destination before ever flying with frontier again."

Cons: "There was a child that kicked the back of my seat the entire time. The parent did nothings so I couldnt sleep. It was even noticeable on how hard the kicks were but no action to correct the child’s behavior. This was the worst flight ever because I felt my comfort was not a priority"

Cons: "When they have published on their website that a personal item sized 14 x 18 x 8 inches and fits under the seat in front of you flies free don’t believe them. I measured my bag and the dimensions published on their website were the EXACT measurements of my bag with all wheels and handles included they still charged me $45 to carry on the plane. The bag even fit into the luggage measuring thing they had at the gate. The only thing sticking out of it were my wheels by 1/2 of an inch. When I measured at home they were even within the measurements posted on their website so I think the luggage measuring tool they use was off. Even it it weren’t, this is a completely discretionary issue that is COMPLETELY up to the agent you deal with. I am an elite traveler with many different travel brands and I’ve had a bag weigh 53 pounds and the agent has let it slide and I’ve had others that were very “by the book” which is fine. A policy is a policy and I respect that completely but this was downright wrong because I know without a doubt that my measurements were correct and even the weight of less than 35 pounds was correct. They also didn’t let me see if it would fit underneath the seat in front of me before charging me. Had they offered that and then if it didn’t made me pay I would have been ok with that but none of this was allowed. My suggestion is not to get caught in their dirt cheap airfare because they will find a way to screw you in the end. They lost a customer for life over $45 dollars. I went all the way to customer service management over the phone and all they did was credit me $15 for the issue which wasn’t fair in my opinion because of all the hoops I had to jump through to get that done was exhausting. Think before you click “BOOK NOW”! The airline overall was less than mediocre as well. Definitely nothing worth flying again even if I hadn’t had the issue I had. I’d pay more for more next time."

Add getting on and off the plane and to the gates and baggage claim and you are without anything to drink for 6 hours or more.... Pay for water is above and beyond. Some people arrive late and literally have to run to their plane. Hydration is a huge factor in maintaining a good outlook, being able to think clearly, and maintaining ones health-avoiding blood clots etc. . For safety reasons, please offer water! This should be poured and not in individual plastic bottles which are dangerous and polluting."

They said I would not make my connection but couldn't work to get me on any other flight that day with another airline. The best they could do was a full refund or a flight the next day (this happened to everyone on our flight). I opted for the full refund ($246) since I needed to be at my destination that day. However, that didn't help much since I bought the ticket months in advance to save money, and subsequently had to buy a ticket with another airline ($700). This was the first and last time I will choose to fly with frontier."

Cons: "The flight in general was not bad - was able to have a much needed snooze. But we were grounded for close to an hour before arriving at the gate. The flight attendants were nowhere to be found (they stayed out of sight in their seats.) The Captain did announce the reason for the delay (repair work being done to the plane in the gate we were assigned) as well as the anticipated amount of time it would take. Flight attendants on OTHER AIRLINES have a much better attitude and engage with the passengers when this type of thing happens. When I had dinner in an airport restaurant and mentioned the situation (with the airline remaining anonymous), the waiter immediately knew which airline I was talking about and said they are known for providing lousy customer service."

Also we landed something like 20 minutes early but sat waiting on a gate - nearly an hour, until we were late. There were some people missing their connections. The cabin airflow was not running while we were sitting waiting on a gate all that time. I was gasping for air by that point. Then we were asked to remain seated while those missing connections could de-plane. I understand and empathize but I was desperate to get off that plane -'it was stifling! No food or even a glass of tap water unless you wanted to whip out your credit card. Lots of hidden fees, not really that cheap after you pay for a seat assignment, a carry on bag, a checked bag.... Boarding was chaos, they did not adhere to the zones in the Memphis boarding. No food, no entertainment - nothing to rank there."
