Cons: The flight was canceled hours before departure. I waited for 30 minutes on hold to see if I could get on a different flight. But they couldn’t get me to my destination for 2-3 days after my originally-scheduled arrival.

Cons: The flight was late. They lost my luggage! No time to take the food. Very bad experience

Cons: The plane is very old and dirty. They need to overhaul their planes to make them worth flying. Some seats recline way to far, some don’t recline at all, entire plane smells like stale cigarettes.

Cons: Chairs were narrow- not comfortable. Pay for drinks on international flights- not yet used to that.

Cons: The website is horrible and full of bugs. In Flight tracker, the same flight returned two results, one in cancelled status and another in delayed status. I called british airways to update my personal details as their website didn't allow me to enter details, the staff messed up the details.

Pros: The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys.

Cons: I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out.

Cons: TAP was late getting the first flight out, offered almost no help and almost left 22 people stranded in Portugal and tried to get us to pay for a new flight at our own expense. Customer service was terrible. Multiple people in line said they had been stranded in Portugal by TAP airlines before.

Cons: The plane was delayed 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, ended up leaving over an hour late

Cons: There was a group of Swiss passengers very noisy and crew did not asked them to behave.

Cons: They took an extremely long time clearing away the dirty dinner trays, which meant that the tray table had to be down. This made it near impossible to get up to use the restroom or to stretch.

Cons: Not over selling the flight and making passengers stay over night. I would have loved to be home as planned

Cons: Uncomfortable seats, not enough space for carry on, due to luggage cost is way overpriced, as well as seats too expensive

Pros: The food and service during the flight was great. Enjoyed the meals and they offered drinks frequently. Complementary wine is also a big plus compared to other airlines.

Cons: The luggage situation. We were very annoyed that we didn’t get a carry on bag and had to pay $92 each for every checked bag. I travel frequently and have never experienced this with another airline.

Cons: The layover situation needs to be improved. When you give 50 minutes, there really isn’t enough time to deplane, get through the check point, and make it to the terminal. We were told to run like animals in the airport in order to not miss the flight.
