Pros: Service was a bit lacking. Due to extra security measures at the gate, we did not have time to get enough food in the terminal to bring on board with us so needed to order a sandwich and drink. The on screen food order system did not work, and it was difficult to know when we could request food.

Cons: The airline accepted our checked baggage, although they already knew that it would not make it to our final destination (Marrakech) on the same day that we would arrive. We had to pay, out of our own pockets, for the inconvenience. Apparently this happens a lot, and it happened to our entire plane

Cons: I am disappointed that BA has moved over to a few for service refreshments policy. It appeared that nothing was being offered for free- not even tea or coffee which in my opinion is below par for an airline like BA.

Cons: The transfer in Madrid was ridiculous. They could not find a bus to transport passengers and no one had any clue.

Cons: We sure could do better refraining from serving food that has been opened, tasted, and rejected by another customer. Seat 34 A and B rejected their special ordered food for the wrong item. I watched them taste. Crew, one named Paul, took it back, simply put the foil back, and served to others.

Cons: Cuisine wasn't much in quality and the problem was exacerbated by industrial strike of BA Catering Services company in Lagos on the day in question. I experienced reduced quality, and I did not get value for what I payed for.

Pros: I paid the $29 for an aisle seat and wasn’t disappointed. It was a pleasant flight.

Cons: Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom). Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia.
