Aircraft is pretty old. Seat is not comfortable. Meal quality is disappointing. Entertainment system is not impressive at all.
Always on time and flight crew were great. Boarding in Manila was a bit chaotic and disorganized compared to Incheon.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.
Flight crew were very attentive and made this trip a pleasure. Plus the fact that this our first time flying business class.

Korean are so racist and when I ask question or directions they totally ignore me and say racist. Also they give me an rude attitude.

Waited a long time at JFK to board with no information being readily available.Left about 45 minutes late and it was 2:45 AM in JFK.Nothing todo. Second deck of the Airbus is more comfortable or seems that way because there is less people. Food was OK. The food on secondleg was better as we had ordered it before hand. We thought we had did that on the long first leg but we were told we did not. Cabin crew was generally nice. There are people who lean back when eating as they wait for food to be delivered and know no one will check -- drag. TV selection was awful movies OK. Comfortable all in all.
Not enough seat cushion. Butt was hurting especially on long flight. Not enough movie selection. Entertainment was outdated. Coffee served was cold. Other than that flight was good.
I was very surprised that a meal was given on such a relatively short flight. the meal was FANTASTIC. The crew were also very attentive to our specific needs and we would be happy to fly and recommend your airline to our friends.
Humm, I should have known that the seat I peaked on my flight from Inchon to Manila was designed for a toddler or very small person.

I had a bad experience coming from America to Thailand. On my connecting flight my check in suitcase was not put on the departing aircraft, I received my suitcase 24 hours after arriving in Bangkok and when I open my luggage my hand swelled up. The next morning when I put on an outfit from my suitcase my face swelled up and became numb. My entire vacation was ruined it seems that some kind of chemical was sprayed into suitcase and ruined my clothes and got me sick. The staff at my hotel called the airline and spoke to someone and they told me to file a complaint and gave my a website to do so. I did not file a complaint I felt like it would have fell on death ears. I had to throw away my brand new vacation clothes and suitcase and I had the worst vacation ever due to this happening to me.
The seats felt very small. We were supplied with pillows and blankets, which was nice. Lots of noise from the bathroom, plus exterior noise. Made it hard to hear the entertainment system, even using my own noise-cancelling headphones. The food was really bad. I generally request a vegetarian meal and one was supplied, but the pasta was cold and hard and there was nothing pleasant about it. Drinks were very limited. All I wanted was water, and on a 4 hour flight, I was given 2 cups of about 3 ounces each.
Excellent service in business class. Well worth the slightly higher fare as it includes lounge access, additional luggage weight and a full hot meal on board.

Thai Royal First is very good. Easy check in , Private room in the first class lounge and escort from ticketing to the plane. Once on board crew was very polite, food was outstanding, and the ride was smooth as silk. Restrooms were especially clean. Great Experience
Need to improve on punctuality. My flight was delayed by 1 hour.
Seats were uncomfortable and the vegetarian meal was awful. Some of the entertainment didn't work.

They used Thai Smile plane, which is a smaller model and used to service only domestic flights; hence, the plane is small and quite compact. No entertainment on the flight. While boarding was delayed, it was done in a quick manner.
I rated the experience poor because I had to purchase new tickets to return to Phuket because the airline had no record of my flight.
i think allowing passenger to have personal handbags or bags in their lap is a safety issue. As for food there was not onbpard and had no other choice. We also waited for over 1hour 10 min for some reason and keep getting we will be departing soon.
Newer plane and comfortable. No wifi and thier website and App. are horrible. Tried to purchase luggage online and could not do it.
I don't like this airline. The website is not user friendly. I tried to check in multiple times and no joy. Then I googled why might this airline not let me check in and it said if you are checking baggage you can't check in. I really thought that I had purchased baggage. Because I have been traveling for 3 months and making sure that I pay for baggage on every flight. This flight they said that I had not purchased baggage but there is really no way to check on the passenger side.
I wasn't able to check in. The website could find my reservation but then an error occurred. I tried 4 times spread out through the day and got the error message every time.
well it was a short flight so there was no food but couldnt answer that question with a N/A There was no entertainment so N/A but the flight was great and staff was number #1
Never on time when I fly and Thai Vietjet App is too complicated. I had booked und paid for seat number 15A but when checked in, I got another seat number and row. I paid extra 50 bath for what??? They couldn’t change and I got no refund. No time to discuss with the ground crew to change it. I would never pay for seat anymore.
Excellent experience nothing could be improved with staff. Was hoping someday the airline will use tape recorded lfor languages that are not common to staff. Probably with AI it might be a good addition

Good seats. Check in, baggager, etc ... all went smoothly. Those are the things that matter. Food could have been better. Also ok, you are a budget airline, but maybe you could offer us plain bottled water. That wouldn't cost much and it is difficult to bring ourselves and difficult to be without.
The flight on the 8.10was canceld so i had to by tickt on anather airline As the low say i will need a full refand of the mony i paid you for this flight! Thenk you Dan richental
No snacks meal or drinks for 9hr flight, no entertainment options. Crew appeared tired, irritable. It's apparently a budget airline, they make sure it feels that way.
Un peu déçu par le vol, c’est la première fois que je prend un vol de 6h ou les boissons et la nourriture sont payantes et pas inclus dans le vol. Peut être que c’est propre à la compagnie mais ça m’a surprise. Le fait qu’il n’y est pas d’écran pour pouvoir passer le temps était aussi un point négatif. Cependant le personnel était très agréable.

Don't even offer water on a 5 and half hours flight. Its laughable one have to rent a blanket.
No free water. Water cost money in a currency that I didn’t have.
Pay for food on an almost 6 hour flight. Very tight space, I had to show my boarding pass for the food I paid and the blanket set. I had an online boarding pass, that didn’t work, I had to take out the printed boarding pass out of the overhead locker whilst my neighbour was eating, as I was sitting in a Center seat. The staff was very friendly and got my bag out but it didn’t make sense. As the online boarding pass was enough for the blanket set. But not for the food. Just to make a check on the piece of paper. I had a warm free meal on an one hour flight from BKK to Samui with Bangkok airways. So airasia just tries to save money where they can.
