I feel the ground staff could benefit from further training to enhance the overall guest experience.
There was nothing wrong with Aegean. We were very confused about whom to contact, since we booked with Kayak, then got shoved over to Underpricer and some other agency.
Cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful to me and my twins and family. Great crew!!!
Highlights were the food and wonderful staff. Airplanes were exceptionally clean.
Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.
On every Aegean flight it seems, they ask people to check in carry on luggage. That seems to happen less often with other airlines for some reason. The food is very basic for a full service airline. We do not need a meal with trays, but something of higher quality (even just higher quality pies) would be better. The cabin crew was very nice and professional, though.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.
Internet not working during the flight - what a big miss!

Excellent excellent flight! I’m sure it helped that the turbulence and the weather cooperated, but the staff was wonderful. The legroom was perfect and my husband is 6‘1“ and he felt perfectly fine. Best flight I’ve taken in a long time.
The transfer was awful, everyone was running to catch the flight, there was no information on the process. We git to the gate and the boarding was late and had to stay in different lines but there was no guidance. The flight was late and uncomfortable, probably one of the worst flights I have been on. The luggage was sent to a different terminal and still did not make back to us.
The service was impeccable both ways. I’m very happy to have had the opportunity to fly Swiss Air.

The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.

Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Service and food were very good, I liked it a lot. I liked the little gifts we all got , but I don’t think I’d fly on Turkish airlines to go to New York from Istanbul or from New York to Instanbul anymore. Flight is way too long.

Older plane with finicky seats. Crew often seem to focus on "pet" clients and over extend services to some over others. I get less attention since I'm not a regular business class client. Regardless, I've paid the money and would expect equal attention.
Be honest of what you sell: This was sold as Business Class on all three legs, while the JetBlue plane didn't even have business class seats, and wanted $164 for extra legroom seats.
On Turkish it is all about the food and the service. I am overwhelmed with the quality and variety of the dining service offered on business class. I prefer the updated A350 to the older B777 cabin layout, but both are comfortable. Flights left and arrived on time with updates from the captain. I will definitely fly with them again.
Requested food options were always finished. Supplied food items were good but of course not the desired choices.

Worst experience with boarding once we left the wheel chair even traveling business we had to wait with all the crowd for the bus to take us to the plane then climb the stairs with our bags When you pay extra for comfort and convenience and you don’t get any is disappointing
