Cons: "really nothing, it was as good as possible in these times"

Cons: "I upgraded to Premium+ and it did not feel like an upgrade from a comfortability standpoint."

Cons: "The flight was an hour and a half late."
Cons: "I had no idea there was a gate change in Atlanta but I’m sure that’s out of your control."
Pros: "The overall experience on the flight was quite pleasing. The flight crew created a warm atmosphere on what was a very cold morning. Seating was not the most comfortable but the wasn't unbearable."
Cons: "Delta should have a better food menu for those early flights unless the motive is to encourage everyone to eat an organic and wholesome meal prior to boarding, something we all should be doing."
Pros: "Plane was on-time, that was the only thing nice to say about this flight."
Cons: "First, I was charged $100 because my bag was 3 kilos over weight. Second the seats in Comfort Plus were old. The recline was weak and there were no foot rests. For a cheaper flight on American, the seats have those amenities making it easier to sleep. Plus the food was inedible."

Cons: "respectful size seat"
Pros: "Flight was on time/ early."
Cons: "Have hot water for coffee and outlets for phones"
Pros: "We eventually arrived"
Cons: "Then, in Atlanta, the flight was delayed 3-4 times, and our departure was more than an hour late. Overall, not one to be proud of, Delta"
Pros: "The gluten-free dinner was amazing. There was even gluten-free bread! Also, I always appreciate the free Wifi for messaging!! Also, despite there being a lot of turbulence, everyone did well. I prayed for safety and for the pilots and crew; the turbulence stopped after that and our arrival wasn't all that delayed."
Cons: "The gluten-free breakfast was extremely disappointing. Yogurt, a tiny cup of fruit, and veggie sticks??? What about a gluten-free English muffin with egg instead? The boarding was a little confusing. I was one of the last to board in my group because I couldn't see from where I was sitting - I thought priority was still boarding, but group 2 was already up. Also, please be more kind to baggage."
Pros: "Good price, good boarding and arriving, friendly and quick crew, LOTS of fluids. Restrooms cleaned frequently!! Great legroom."

Cons: "767-400 with the old entertainment system. small screen with poor quality and a number of people's had to be reset multiple times."
Cons: "I did not board this flight as the previous one from Tokyo was late by an hour. Delta did not do ANYTHING to help us pass immigration and customs the fastest possible way. They sent us with the luggage to another terminal and had no signs or attendants to tell us where we recheck the bags. In the end we were late for the flight but Delta did not care!!! They tried putting me on a flight to SLC with a connection! Overall, I am VERY unhappy with them! Zero stars is what they deserve."

Cons: "I'm not sure if this staff is exhausted or just over there job, but they cow towed to a woman who made major complaints about the air conditioning and even gave her points to help her deal with the temperature. Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair."

Cons: "The delays, gate changes in a massive airport, and general lack of information made this trip excruciating."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable"
Cons: "The food was literally inedible. The breakfast of mushroom omelette and sausage was so unsavory, I could see the line where the outter “eggy” shell covered the inside, decidedly less eggy and hidden section. I had to stop eating it after 3 bites. Very disappointed with food quality."
Pros: "Smooth flight. Friendly crew."
Pros: "Entertainment options were good. Food was good."
Cons: "The flight attendants were terrible. Rushed, cranky, and fake. Didn't want to share what was actually in the Pasta or Chicken. As if anyone wants to just choose pasta or chicken without knowing what the hell is on it. Ridiculous"
Pros: "Seats were comfortable"
Cons: "One flight attendant a little short with customers or maybe just dry humor, hard to tell. My daughter did not want to talk to him entire trip because of earlier altercation. It would be great if United could put in foot rests in economy and economy."
Pros: "Quick and easy flight, on and off the plane quickly."
Cons: "Small, cramped plane."
Pros: "My economy plus seat was good (once I finally got it) and for all the hassle they did free tv for the whole plane. THey found a new plane FAST!"
Cons: "They changed gates last minute - plane was in for maintenance and slight delay - then cancelled that plane - did the series of 15 minute additional delays. They found a new plane - changed the gates (big distance) again - and 'the computer' had reseated 1/2 the plane. DISTASTER to fix."

Pros: "Great staff, pleasant flight, nice options on the screen to choose from, etc."

Cons: "whereupon it printed a boarding pass and luggage tag to Houston for a previous customer who had apparently started but not finished checking in. Now I wonder if United will actually charge my credit card for his flight?"
Pros: "The crew was accommodating and friendly. Boarding was efficient and quick."
Cons: "There were no tv's on the 5+ hr flights."
Pros: "We will never fly united... NEVER EVER AGAIN"
Cons: "United airlines employee Mearle at the check in counter was extremely disrespectful, Rude, and arrogant towards everyone in line at the counter Trying to check in. Many customers including us waitted in the check in line for 35 minutes or more while Mearle proceeded to chat on her cell phone (personal call), and taking a break leaning the check in counter while everyone waited on her so she could assist with check in. Finally the passengers in front of us voice their concern to mearle stating that everyone is going to miss theirs flights if she didn't assist us all right away. Mearle responded by snapping back by saying "it's not my fault that united keep us understaffed and pay us enough to care " then laughed and walked away again. At this point we realized that if we did not get immediate assistance, that we would surly miss our flight. I walked in front of the line on behalf of everyone standing in line and reiterated to Mearle in a firm tone that she insisting check in the remaining 12 passengers immediately. Mearle snapped back telling me to "worry about my own self and don't tell me how to do my own job". Feeling very stressed out And worried about missing my flight went and stood back in line again. A few moments later I over heard Mearle tell the passengers ahead of us " you're too late. You've missed your flight" these passengers became very upset with Mearle telling her that she's the reason they missed the flight and Mearle laughed and said out loud to everyone else in line.. "you all missed your flight. You all should be more responsible next time and get here earlier" and then Mearle walked away never to be see again. Many of us missed our flight which caused many of us to also miss our connecting flights. We immediately called the 800 number and filed a complaint. Then we were forced to drive three hours in traffic to LAX where we caught a later flight and barely made it to our destination in time for our work event. We swore that because of Mearle and her disgusting behavior that we will never ever fly united again (and I fly a lot for my job) and since that horrible experience with Mearle two months ago, I've flown on four trips spending over $2300 dollars and every flight has been booked through American Airlines. Do to Mearle's bad attitude, disrespectful personality, and poor representation of united we will never do business with united again. We suggest united airlines remove Mearle from Having any contact with the general public as we are sure that Mearle is loosing customers for united at a very rapid pace."
Pros: "On time boarding, comfortable seating. The young man who was the sole flight attendant was excellent (attentive, competent, kind)."
Pros: "Apart from the poor attitude of the lady in Denver the rest went fine."
Pros: "Decent flight made it there I time. Flight attendants were very nice and helpful"
Cons: "Having a medical issue, requested for an isle seat but unsuccessful."
Pros: "We liked the crew, they were helpful."
Cons: "We did not like the video on the United flight that used the app. We were not told about this until it was too late and the instructions were not good for how to get the app--they were misleading. I had to go to the app store, not the United website. Also, our seats were changed without our knowledge and the flight description for the flight from Austin to Washington, DC, specified complimentary lunch and there was no lunch unless you wanted to buy it. This should be more clear, so that I can bring my own lunch if there will be none provided."
Pros: "They had many movies selection."
Pros: "Sat in the back row and they did not get to us to offer soft drinks Every time the attendant made an announcement there was a loud beeping sound that was annoying"
Cons: "No beverage service to those in the back row and all you get is I am sorry. Never flying united again"
Pros: "I was able to board early since I have a United MileagePlus Explorer card."
Cons: "The seats in economy has very limited legroom and the large and over weight Caucasian seating next to me frequently took the arm rest and cross over into my space. The airplane did not have individual monitors. And trying to watch a movie on my phone over United's wi-fi was a terrible experience since the signal keeps dropping."
Pros: "On time, crew was friendly"
Cons: "Your company and crew make me sick, and all of you should feel ashamed and embarrassed."
Pros: "Nice, friendly personnel. Plane was fairly comfortable. Made up some lost time due to late take off."
Cons: "Late departure."
Pros: "ANA operates 787s which have much nicer cabins and entertainment systems than the older 777s operated by United."
Cons: "The food on United leg is pretty bad after an ANA operated flight. I'm always going to ask for the Vegeteraierain option going forward. Why waist an animal on that feed stuff they give you to eat."
Pros: "always enjoy the short flight home and I even got a glass of water"
Pros: "I broke my arm and all of the gate agents were wonderful trying and succeeding in getting me A seats for my comfort."
Pros: "Absolutely nothing"
Cons: "If nothing else United has been consistent in their late departures and arrivals backed by absolute lies about the reason for delays. Staff says one thing then Pilot says something completely counter. Then the lack of any sort of heartfelt appology adds to the insult. Every flight was overbooked by at least 5 people. Total incompetence. Moreover, United has made profit so obviously more important than client comfort. The seats were similar to a straight back Dining room chair except with your knees in your chest. They even took away the seat back pouch as a smal comfort to place items to be replaced with an 8 inch high mesh that fits nothing larger than your cell phone. A 6 hour flight and 1 drink service with 1/2 glass of soda. Pay $7.99 only to find out that video does not work through Canada which was the majority of the flight"
Cons: "united reliability and transperecency can b painful"
Cons: "Boarding late"
Pros: "That is a short time period and the staff was at their best."
Pros: "Flight attendants are nice"
Pros: "Dallas flight was 1 hour delayed, United landed in terminal C (C115) in Newark, flight to Hartford departed in terminal A (A26). People were running to catch the Newark to Hartford gate on the other side of the airport. I am surprise United hasn't beeen sued for this lack of consideration to their customers. Luckily I was not in a wheelchair to run across to the other side of the airport due to United delay. I wonder how a United employee would feel if ithis happened to them and their children or disabled parents. Flying is already stressful enough, experiencing a flight delay and forcing people to run like cattles in an airport only pushes people to drive rather then fly."
Cons: "Try placing inbound and departure United planes in the same terminal instead on on the other side of an airport. If you delay a flight, the departure flight should be delayed too to allow customers a fair chance to get home. Not everyone can run like Husain Bolt in an airport. Consider your future customers."
Pros: "Lovely flight. Comfortable seating."
Pros: "Flight cancelled going San Francisco so we had to drive"
Pros: "Nice flight"
Cons: "Nothing to eat"
Pros: "My flight back from New York to Houston was good! No complaints"
Cons: "Little leg space in the 737-7"
Pros: "I thought the meal service was handled well and I liked the extra leg room"
Pros: "Good crew"
Cons: "Shitty seats was very uncomfortable probably won't fly United just because of that... Delta has a lot more comfortable seats"
Pros: "The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I had just flown in with united from Hawaii and landed 6. 15 am that morning and the employees assisted as I was not familiar with the airport. Will definitely fly united again."
