Pros: "I was traveling with my mother who is handicap. The staff did so much to really help her. Although, the staff did everything and I mean everything to help us. TSA was an issue. Plus there was an language barrier."
Cons: "The assistant that they gave us was communicating with the TSA officer in Spanish who did not speak any English. The problem was she was over 75 and she does not have to remove her shoes. Instead of explaining to her what was going on she just took her shoes, which made my mother upset mad."

Cons: "The flight was full. We waited for wheelchair assistance that never arrived until we got to the gate for boarding, after already doing a 20 minute walk to the gate. The crew was snippy and unfriendly. Two lavatories were out of order from the get-go which should have been detected before leaving."

But they closed the door and no one was around to even talk to. At least they put us in the next flight.... Still, as we're not checking in any bags, they could have let us in."

Cons: "I had to leaves Denver early due to my granddaughter needing help. To sees switch returns my ticket it would cost me me $200.00 but it could get a retire ticket for that day for $40.00. Why couldn't that dollar amount come of my ticket . That was just crazy"
