Cons: No interaction from the cockpit about areas we were flying through. No duty free. Felt like a local flight and not a transatlantic flight....crew did not come around often enough to provide water, etc

Pros: The usual efficient, friendly WestJet crew. Nice to fly in one of the new Dreamliner. Super smooth landing.

Pros: Crew were fairly attentive, have experienced better. Liked the Canadian entertainment options, even if very limited.

Cons: Seats were okay, the plane is really showing it's age. Movie selection was very limited, and very dated.

Pros: Westjet is just overall awesome
