On time, reasonably comfortable for economy, decent food. All in all a very good experience.

Every flight got canceled or delayed. Customer service was awful.

Flight was cancelled without notice or any reason given. I found out coincidentally when i was checking the baggage allowance on the app, When contacting the airline, the only option peresented to us meant we lost a day of our weekend getaway. Had a lot of contact with airline prior to flight, trying to get them to resolve the issue. We could have traveled the first stretch ourselves but the airline refused to accommodate this. The airline outright refused to be forthcoming in agreeing to alternatives that would let ut keep the date we had booked, and so a third of our holiday effectively vanished. This meant a lot of hassle, changing hotel nights, activities etc. Furthermore and after the flight, customer service refused to answer our complaint unless we used their very restrictive online form, which gave us no chance to properly explain what our issues were. They have of course denied our complaint, and so i have to bring the matter further. If you have an alternative airline to use, please do. SAS treats its customers as a necessary evil.

The two transatlantic flights we took on Scandinavian, between Los Angeles, and Copenhagen, were significantly less enjoyable than other SAS flights we have taken, particularly within Europe. The flight attendants seemed overworked. There should have been more attendants servicing the plane. The food was particularly disappointing. Lettuce on the salad was frozen. A snack of a tikka masala pita was less than tasty. The flights did leave and arrive on time.

They lost my luggage and can’t find it. My trip is ruined. Online tracking of lost luggage doesn’t work

Flight attendants were attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the peppered shrimp snack. Check in was easy. Only negative was the time it took to get checked luggage, but that was the slowness of CPH staff.

Better food; taste, portion. Bottle of water per seat was great.

Excellent business class seats, service and food. No airline does it better.

The only negative thing was boarding a Copenhagen-bound flight in Toronto. The middle aged woman at the desk gave me some bad time, claiming they wouldn't allow me to board the flight, switching to russian in the process. After I asked her to speak English and explained her that I had to reroute with the airline due to flight cancelations that where beyond my contro and will be leaving the Shengen zone promptly, she told me I had to check in my small bag because the flight was full and they needed someone to give up their cabin luggage. After I refused, she told me she would have to check my bag if it fits the allowed dimensions, which it did. I understand she's not an SAS employee, I understand she needs to check the documents and also make sure there's enough room for overhead bags on a plane. What really made me mad was her hostike tone and the beyond poor communication skills. Basic politeness would go a long way.

The stewardess was incredibly rude. The gave you only one drink with dinner.

Boarding felt a little chaotic as everyone was waiting around the gate. Food was great, service was good.

The passport control process in Lisbon ranks as a 1 on a 1 to 5 scale. Terrible. In line 2 hours and still missed our first flight. Next day, 1.5 hours but we made the flight. The Business Class food was poor. Unidentifiable. Not tasty at all. Unacceptable in BC. Attendants were adequate. Flight left late and arrived late. After this trip, we will not be flying TAP nor will we be connecting through Lisbon.

Flight attendants in business class were rather indifferent While in second leg operated by Portugalia TAP subsidiary were outstanfy

The worst thing was baggage claim. In my return flight I was waiting 90 minutes for my baggage. and when I asked the airport they said it’s the airline. So frustrating after an 8-hour flight.

Great service overall. One of the best international flight experiences Ive had.

We were unable to check in due to technical problems on TAP’s end. The flight was delayed forty minutes with no reason given. We received timely notice of the flight delay. We were also notified of a gate change. The new gate was at a different terminal. When we got to the new terminal, we learned that we had to go back to the old terminal first to check in. This information should have been included along with the gate change notification. Also unexplained, the steward skipped us when offering breakfast.

Delayed at the beginning and the end and almost missed our connection

They left our luggage uncovered on tarmac in pouring rain during an hour delay of departure! At our final destination, we found ALL OF OUR CLOTHES/SHOES soaked all the way through!! Our 1st connection plane was a great business class accommodation but only 50 minutes long. Our 2nd connection from Lisbon (another delay with luggage uncovered on tarmac) had only the extra legroom and mediocre food in business class - no entertainment and no extra comfort seating. Will not use TAP Air Portugal again!

Departed late. Flight crew some of the most professional I have ever experienced. First time we’ve flown this airline

Kayak let me choose these flights on TAP but then after 2 months, cancelled my flights because they didn't think 90 minutes was enough time for the connection. I notice that neither flight was actually cancelled. Just my reservation. Why let me go through all of that effort to find the right flights for us, only to cancel it from underneath us 2 months later leaving us scrambling to find an alternative?

Flight was delayed twice which made our arrival extremely late (actually into next day). Not an easy travel. But when we requested assistance for boarding we were really impressed with how they helped us! Strongly praise their assistance.

Received an email a few hours before boarding that wifi and seatback entertainment would not be available. There was no explanation for this. We were served 1 x 20 gram granola bar as a snack (not even a full granola bar) which was really embarrassing. The crew was lovely (none of this was their fault) and the flight was successful, but the aircraft itself was falling apart on the inside. Overhead comfort control panels were worn and some were hanging out and non functional, This aircraft needs to be upgraded.

It was a nice and smooth trip. Gave a friendly environment throughout the journey.

Meal and drink service was good. Old plane with old business class seats were quite disappointing

Delays. Poor support booking a hotel after a diverted flight.

The Air Canada AC1 flight from Toronto to Tokyo on May 16 was great overall. Service, crew, food and entertainment were all excellent and everything ran smoothly. We had emergency exit seats so legroom was amazing, but the seats themselves weren’t very comfortable and the plane feels like it could use an upgrade for a long-haul flight. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

The long delay was the worst part of the flight.

Baggage check is an aggravation. We had four 4 bags, if a bag is just .10 of a kilo you cannot check it on AC self baggage check. It is not possible to check the weight of the bag at the self checking. Should you check a bag that is under the limit it will go right through and you can’t get it back to redistribute weight from a heavier bag.

I cannot think how they could put more seats together but they did. So elbow to elbow leg to leg for these long journeys they should consider leg space at least. Since they did not offer to check people's carry one space was tight and if you did not get on first people used your assigned overhead storage so now your doing these same to another. Cascading inconvenience.

Despite exit row seating, which gave leg room, seating was so narrow, the next passenger spilled over onto my seat. WiFi did not work.

I liked the crew but not the uncomfortable seats and lack of movie and tv selection.

Repurchased food and it was moldy and expensive. But I figured it was bad luck so I purchased a cup-o-noodles, halfway through them we hit turbulence and the flight attendant was passing with the garbage, it would have been two seconds to grab it, but he was snarky grabbed someone else’s plastic cups and went to buckle up… I used the puke bags to secure the soup before it became an accessory. When he finally came around he gave me a face like a petulant child as I handed him the soup neatly wrapped in the paper then plastic bag. I watched a movie in silence as the rental or headphones was ridiculous at 4€ for those .10€ cheap plastic toys. No English subtitles on an American movie… crazy. I disliked the whinny little tourist trap and now I hope that it sinks into the ocean or erupts in a catastrophic eruption for their beloved “I live on an active volcano” pride.

On-time arrivals and departures. Crew helpful and friendly. Yet everything costs extra: seat selection, food, even airphones!

Pleasant, attentive flight attendants, but they’ve got to upgrade their seats to be a true “business class” carrier.

Friendly flight crew. Airplane (757) configured as a domestic flight (no lie-flat seats) & no advanced meal selection.

I am not going to fillo this out for each leg of my trip. My first review holds for the experience

The movie choices were poor. The worst problem is the treatment of passengers durinng pre-boarding. In one case the primes were checked in and sent down the boarding tunnek only to stand waiting there while the plane is cleaned. In the second case the bus was loaded, the doors closed and just stood there unmoving like sardeines in a tin for over TEN minutes. In both cases it was rough on us old guys who find standing for long periods trying.. In other words, Donnt just stack us up and forget us.

Screen didn't work, and neither did the button to tilt the seat even though the seat was comfortable

I’m considering never flying with Iceland Air again. The seats in economy are torture. Now you only get water, coffee and tea for free- really? No food, not a single peanut. The passport line was insane, everyone was worried about catching their connecting flight. This was the third time I’ve barely made my connection, had to run. It can’t be that my choice is to use the bathroom (during the 50 minutes between flights) or make my flight. SO stressful! Ugh.

The most uncomfortable seat i’ve ever had on a flight

I never got to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.

The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.

All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.

A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.

The flight was ok, but the chargers did not work, and the speakers in the back of the cabin did not either. The seats are too small, and the food was terrible. However, I am writing because the crew was extremely rude, not only that, but they also kept the curtains closed, forgot to clear our trays, the bathrooms were filthy, and trash was piling up. Additionally, one of the attendants had her earbuds on while in the cabin. From the movement, it seemed like she was listening to music, so not even the safety aspect was there. My neighbor s English is not good and they were very dismissive of her. When we deplaned, the crew in the back was just chatting with one another, and the first class attendant was nice and said thank you. It is nice that the crew gets along so well, but they did not take care of the passengers at all. They rushed through all the services and otherwise did not go through the cabin to offer water or anything else. i had the feeling of being unwelcome at a party. I am not a grumpy traveller, but I thought you really needed to know. Thank you, Carin
