Copenhaguen airport is not very efficient, signs are not clear enough. Too much walking.
The crew was amazing. Our seats was not very clean and even that was not a full flight but our seats was right beside the WC which did not let us to have a moment of rest.
Cheap business class has everything you'd expect except the large seats with good leg room. There was priority boarding, lounge access, great meal in-flight. Great value for the money, and I would do it again.
When leaving Florence the speaker at kiosk didn’t work and couldn’t hear directions. Then, at the layover at Copenhagen we all rushed to “board” as directed but were then quarintined in a room to wait with no food. Then we sat on the plane for hour and 15 min for a delay where they had to call a fire truck. My screen was broken on my second flight. Then we waited on the tarmac for a delay of 45 min on the plane again when we landed at Logan.
Excellent service, and came on time! Thank you for your dinner that was chicken with salat/, and 🍰 it was good quality food , the breakfast was very good with good cheese , butter,etc and the tea was very good quality. The space where I was seat was nice so I could stretch my legs. I dit not have the bread as I am in a keto died. Have great time everyone in Scandinavia airline.
The first flight was delayed. We missed the second flight, which was rebooked 9 hours later. We missed all our arrangements for the first day of vacation.
Seats weren’t comfortable Hard to adjust and seat in front was damaged and repaired with tape minutes before we took off Repair was best the repair man could do in the 2 minutes available but it meant stowage couldn’t be used Entertainment choices could have been wider Staff were very good
They canceled my flight and made things harder but they booked us on Air France but cancelling my flight late at night uncool bro
The only negative thing was boarding a Copenhagen-bound flight in Toronto. The middle aged woman at the desk gave me some bad time, claiming they wouldn't allow me to board the flight, switching to russian in the process. After I asked her to speak English and explained her that I had to reroute with the airline due to flight cancelations that where beyond my contro and will be leaving the Shengen zone promptly, she told me I had to check in my small bag because the flight was full and they needed someone to give up their cabin luggage. After I refused, she told me she would have to check my bag if it fits the allowed dimensions, which it did. I understand she's not an SAS employee, I understand she needs to check the documents and also make sure there's enough room for overhead bags on a plane. What really made me mad was her hostike tone and the beyond poor communication skills. Basic politeness would go a long way.
Departed late. Flight crew some of the most professional I have ever experienced. First time we’ve flown this airline
The cabin crew were curt, not with me, but observed with other passengers. They were unduly rude and it was unprovoked and when they realized they were wrong, they made no attempt to apologize for their own confusion.
Boarding we were jammed into a hot crowded bus waiting too long while another bus went in front of us. Appreciated blanket and pillow, movie available helped time pass, the food was not appealing so I had my own snacks, the flight is long, but nothing they can do about that. Staff adequate, flight good.

Tap was very frustrating in Lisbon. Not enough direction and help. Mixed messages of where we needed to go. Seats were not very comfortable.
Comfortable but not Polaris or Delta comfort Business Class. Overall 7 out of 10
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
Plane was late and they forced us to take the stairs (no elevator available) to catch the bus to the plane. My wife was carrying a baby and fell. Terrible experience and terrible air line. Constantly late and conditions seem to be getting worse every time I have to use them.
The check in process was terrible. Took a long time to check in because there is not enough agents. Once we got to gate, no announcement to board, all of a sudden people got up and board. The seats were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was a 3 hours international flight, and we were served one tiny cup of water. 😩😩 The temperature was so hot inside rhe plane we thought we were sitting in an oven. Very difficult to find a flight attendant for assistance. They ran up and down aisle to serve first class but never really look up to seve the rest of the flight. I would never fly on this airline again. The experience was horrible.
I suspect that there was an item pilfered from my bag at the TAP automated check-in counter on March 26th at Heathrow Airport around 11:30am. I think that the employee assisting me with my bags took something out of it when I was not paying attention because today, March 27th there is a notebook missing. Please check the camera to see if indeed this occurred. My description: Male, African Decent, 5'8, 180lbs medium build, wearing trousers and a jacket. Employee description: Female, Indian Decent (guessing) 5'7, slight build. Flight 1359, London to Lisbon.
Flight attendants had an attitude with everyone, not sure they should be working with customer service if they cannot show a pleasant attitude. Underwhelming, to say the least. The food was awful, and nothing could be purchased from Toronto to Tokyo. Do better, Air Canada.
Boarding and times were all good. Food was as expected and enough. Comfort for a 6’ tall male 200 lbs (somewhat average sized) was terrible. It was just SO much more money to upgrade to premium economy. It’s a 777 so seating is 3-4-3 and is really crammed. What are you going to do? The only real downside is not being able to sleep so your first day in Europe is a write off. I suppose if you need that first day then pay the extra $500 to get premium economy and maybe you can sleep and wake up with some energy?
No charger and no entertainment on the way back. The plane's super old-like 80s old-with zero TVs. At least the free Wi-Fi works, so definitely bring your iPad. Also, no meal on this 7-hour flight.
Horrible! Rude flight attendant, barely any service on such a long flight. I wouldn't recommend Air Canada to anyone.
Bluetooth to use earphones with the onboard entertainment system failed. WiFi worked at least.
Pilot missed Fredericton airstrip on first go, so had to ascend again, turn around and try it again, successfully, albeit a little jittery...perhaps a new or inexperienced pilot. Not the greatest Air Canada experience. Delayed us even more.
The floor plan on the website indicated I was selecting a seat at the front of the cabin with ample leg room. In fact, I was in the row behind it. I should have wondered when the seat was free to upgrade, but it meant I traded an aisle seat three rows back for a middle seat, which was quite cramped. The Internet didn't work and the live TV didn't work until the last half hour of the trip. On a night of World Cup soccer games, not good.
Canceled my flight in March and have been waiting for 3 months now without the refund after it was promised
Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.
My flight was late/delayed and subject to technical faults. The conditions in/during the flight were awful and the whole trip was very unpleasant and stressful. Air Canada should be avoided whenever possible. Both Lufhansa and BA are, for example, much superior.
I paid for our seats and when we boarded and went to our seats it was the last row. I would have never paid for my seats knowing I’m sitting in the last row. The airline must have moved our seats and I didn’t realize it when we checked in.
Iceland air transfer was bad. They lost my luggage and I just received it 11/1

Only serving 2 small coffee in 7.5 hrs flight with very limited choice to order food.
Booked with Kayak… Economy Class it said. I had filtered for 1 checked bag. Get to boarding and it says I have Economy Light w/ no checked bags. $136 each way for baggage now. Do not use smartfares.com. Very misleading and a terrible start to this trip.
Overall good. I was surprised how easy it was to get from plain to plain in such a short time. Food choices were not so great and quite expensive. Entertainment was ok. Flights were smooth.
7 hours 15 min flight from SEA to Iceland with no inflight entertainment and no power to charge your own devices, also no meal service, not even any snacks/cookies. You have to buy food and the options are extremely limited (i.e. ham and cheese sandwich and spicy cup noodles). I didn't think Iceland air was a budget airline, maybe I was wrong, the cost of the ticket didn't feel like it though.
The staff was really friendly and was comfortable. I found it disappointing that we were never offered any snacks while on the flight. For such a long flight and the amount we paid for our ticket that was unacceptable. Not sure if I’ll fly Icelandair again.
One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.
On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.
Boarding was weird. They boarded two flights at the same gate at the same time. So mass confusion for the non English/French speakers. So many people at such a small gate. Like every other part of this airport you have to walk miles between everything. Gate to plane was a 5 min walk :) several long flights so I was worried about my steps but ended up walking several miles here so worked out.
The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.
All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.

They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad
The aircraft was old, there was no charging sockets, and the seats were narrow and uncomfortable even though I had exit row premium seats.
The service was really good. The breakfast food could’ve been better as I don’t eat sweets for breakfast and the only choice was a muffin. Overall, good experience though. Thank you.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!
