Pros: "The crew was friendly and helpful!"
Cons: "There were no headrests for sleeping or TVs on thr airplanes. Also the flight departure time kept getting pushed back and ended up leaving over and hour late as did our last flight with american."
Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment"

Cons: "Took over an hour to get baggage."
Pros: "Loved being able to watch new release movies and many different tv showed plus being able to listen to music thought the flight."
Cons: "Didn't like sitting in the emergency exit row next to the bathroom. Everyone uses it to stretch their legs and they end up standing on top of you most of the flight."
Cons: "3+ hour flight with no TV/ entertainment"
Pros: "We always have a good trip in American Airlines. Is better now that they have the same rate from PBI and FLL"
Cons: "We will love when they have Admiral club in PBI"
Pros: "All was great - we even arrived early."
Cons: "Not even a cracker"
Cons: "We boarded a bit late. No big deal. Once on, however, they made us deboard because they forgot to do a security check. Oops. Flight attendants made the experience much better -- funny, enthusiastic, hard-working."
Pros: "Considering BA cancelled our flight to Milan because our Delta flight to JFK was late....we had to buy 2 more round trip tickets. No one from Kayak or BA helped us.. we were out anithet $1100. ..worst experience ever will never use Kayak again. The right thing to do is for Kayak to refund our original.tickets....since we had no control over our delayed flight but I am sure that will not happen."
Cons: "See above ....."
Cons: "I am very disappointed with my flight this morning on American Airlines 1533. The crew did an excellent job. The issue, however, is the media AA chose to play at 8:30am. The NBC show that was playing on every overhead TV on the flight featured a woman being sexually assaulted by a man, someone being bludgeoned with a piece a wood until they lay unconscience in a pool of blood, and woman with a gun to her head as she’s being yelled at by multiple men. I was flying with my three year old son. Why on earth is it necessary to show this tv show (or any show that has mature/adult ratings) on a flight that is obviously going to have audiences of all ages? Our flight had a dozen or so children and when you show prime time trash on the overhead TVs, it’s really tough to keep kids from looking forward the entire length of the 2 hour flight so they don’t watch a woman being raped, a man being beaten, or someone being held at gunpoint. I am traveling on behalf of the US government so I didn’t have to pay for my ticket. I did, however, pay for my 3 year old son to accompany me on the flight and I am wholly unsatisfied with the AA team responsible for choosing in-flight ‘entertainment.’ I’m not sure if NBC pays AA to feature their shows or AA has to pay NBC for the pleasure of featuring their trash but either way, what in the world are you guys thinking?"
Pros: "Good flight attendants"
Pros: "Crew. There was very long delay."
Cons: "Too cramped. Long delay could have been made better but ongoing announcements from airline, but this was often late."
Pros: "On-bard snacks and service"
Pros: "Service"
Cons: "Just little delay."
Pros: "The crew could not have been better. I was really pleased with the movie selection. However, the food is really terrible. I got a dish that was chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans, which would have been acceptable had it not been covered in bbq sauce."
Pros: "Comfortable and smooth"
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Equipment malfunction at 11 pm is always really nice."
Pros: "Good flight attendant. Flight landed earlier than anticipated."
Cons: "They nearly took my carry on with the other checked bags when leaving the flight. It clearly had a carry on tag. Unforced error!"
Pros: "Tv"
Cons: "Very very cramped"
Pros: "Quickness of flight once up in the air"
Cons: "Getting stuck at gate waiting for air traffic control to find/make the flight a new flight plan"
Pros: "Great crew. Friendly and reaponsive. Easy boarding."
Cons: "4 hour flight from SFO to Charlotte. No food beyond snacks. No entertainemt options. No electrical outlets."
Cons: "We did not get on this flight because AA's scheduled it 90 minutes after landing from an Int'l flight. Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."
Pros: "(1) The flight was overbooked and boarded late. (2) The crew and flight attendants flying to NY had more baggage space than the passengers. (3) The pilot and crew were excellent and I enjoyed my overall flight."
Cons: "Stop overbooking the plan. I don't mind paying more"
Pros: "Everything was timely, courteous & pleasant. The aircraft was very clean."
Pros: "People was nice"
Cons: "Overnight stay due to missed flight with no luggage or medication."
Pros: "."
Cons: "."
Pros: "Crew was extremely nice. I dont' like to fly and the take off was so rough, I spent the whole flight in the bathroom. The flight attendant gave me ginger ale and pretzels and let me sit in the back so i didn't have to go back and forth. The other flight attendant had aroma therapy that helped a lot but i was just too freaked out. Those two made the flight as nice as possible."
Cons: "Very rough take off but that is mother nature not the air line :) Took off almost an hour late. LAX scheduled too many flight to land at the same time, Had to wait on the runway in Reno."
Pros: "The crew, the flights was always on time."
Cons: "Maybe change's pretzel and gives sandwish."
Pros: "- It was on time"
Cons: "- No food although I was entitled to free snack with my status - Service was inexistant - Premium seat (front row) thanks to my One World status but no space for my legs at all - it would have been better in a normal seat"
Pros: "Flight delayed which allowed us to make connection after long runway and customs delays. Crew friendly and helpful. Prompt cabin service. Baggage brought quickly in SAT. Clean plane. Power source."
Cons: "Local pickup at SAT is now devoted to taxi. Airport police rude. Most people picked up at 11PM and hard for cars to get to curb or see passenger due to taxi line. Both terminals terrible after several experiences in last couple months. SAT worst pickup experience that I see national and international travel. Obvious that cabs and air port police are the worst congestion problem I experience."
Pros: "Movies"
Cons: "These new airplanes are AWFUL. The storage under the seat in front can barely fit a backpack, and if you're over 4 feet tall you'll hit your head trying to get anything off the floor or out of a bag. I could barely store my book in the seat pocket in front of me. Looks like this is the new face of flying with this awful airline."
Pros: "The fact that I was finally put in the plane at the last minute"
Cons: "The fact that I was confirmed on this flight and no one would give me a seat assignment. Not when I checked in 2 hours early for my initial flight from MHT nor when I arrived in Philadelphia to catch this next leg. They made me wait at the gate and then went and checked the plane and came back and said board and take any empty seat! Never again!"
Cons: "The flight left late but the delay was made up for in the air."
Pros: "Efficiency and price"
Pros: "Roomy seat, great price"
Cons: "The flight was operated by American Eagle, on a small regional commuter jet. We had to board from the tarmac and climb a steep flight of stairs to board. Not advisable for anyone with limited mobility."
Pros: "Plane staff friendly, timely flight, uneventful overall."
Cons: "Gate-side crew forced us to check a carry-on bag when there was plenty of space in the plane bins. No in-flight entertainment, old plane."
Pros: "Lots of on-demand entertainment."
Cons: "Seats in economy are too narrow. When the person in front of me reclined his seat, I couldn't see the video screen. Food was bad."
Cons: "They changed our gate four times and delayed our flight two hours. Got in after midnight and wasn't able to pick up my rental car."
Cons: "20 minutes in the terms with no air,it was horrible. 4 plus hour flight no food No entertainment"
