Employees are always helpful and professional. The flight was 30 minutes delayed but everything else went seemlessly.

Boarded us on a plane that had ongoing maintenance and it was 105 degrees out. Sat in the cooking heat for an hour before taking off. WiFi didn’t work over half the flight so I couldn’t get any work done

Awful. Flights were delayed due to FAA which is out of your control I understand, but the communication was awful. Kept getting further and further delayed and then a different flight that was supposed to take off after ours actually took off before us. One of the employees was super rude, too.

Customer service at Juneau was great but the handling of our luggage was very poor at Seattle after a delayed flight due to maintenance causing us to miss our connecting flight. We had frozen goods and they told us they would put it the freezer but didn’t. We lost 250lbs of halibut & salmon

The delays were the real problem. The crew and staff were amazing and kept us informed and taken care of but what should have been a 6 hour flight with 1.5 hour wait ended up being a 13 hour day in the airport and in the plane waiting to board then waiting for takeoff. Great flight once we got in the air. Pilots and flight crew were awesome 😎.

It was a 3 plus hour flight. By hour 2 my butt was really sore! Loved having wi-fi for the whole trip!

Flight boarded super late. Missed our departure window. Stuck on the runway for over an hour.

Crew were great. Complimentary food was very disappointing. On an early morning flight lasting over 2 hours, a tiny cookie and small drink is inadequate. How about a cinnamon roll or something else a little more substantial.
