Cons: "I started my journey from JFK with Emirates and before booking ticket I checked with customer care representative regarding the baggage allowance and I was told that I am allowed to carry up to 55 inch . I just carried 43 inch tv weighing 19lbs and one check-in baggage weighing 21kgs and they made me pay 175$ saying that tv size is not in allowed limitations. I have also filed complaint but didn’t get any response so far . Last year my husband carried 55 inch with ethihad from same airport JFK and was not charged single penny. so I can say there is no airport restriction as well."

Cons: "i had bought $150 worth goods in NY dutyfree, so it wasnt chked in. But Emirates delayed the 1st flight by 2 hpurs, which caused me to miss my 2nd connecting flight at Dubai. And bvos of that, Emirates staff didnt allow me to chkin my dutyfree stuff which they threw away.. i want to be compensated for that."

Cons: "Boarding was delayed about 45 minutes. We were called to board but left standing in the tunnel while ground crew cleaned. We began to taxi and people were still storing their luggage and walking around."

Cons: "Something was wrong with the boarding process. Not sure what, but we were pacing on the jetway to the plane for 30 minutes or so. People were so eager to get on, but for some reason, they asked people to board in specific sections, when they weren't ready, or the people needing extra time had not gotten settled yet."

The person printed the wrong boarding passes because they didn't know many details about domestic and international flights. There was also confusion about checking in the luggage between the domestic and international flights. A boarding pass from Dubai to Ahembadvad was not given at the New York airport."

This would take a lot of pressure off staff who seemed to have to spend a lot of time waking people who had fallen quiet asleep. Or perhaps the option to save dinner for latter? Boarding a was a bit disorganized and mob like, but seemed to go well enough."

Cons: "Using the same airline and terminal, they caused us to miss our connection by not having a jetway to a gate. In the time it took to deplane and bus to the terminal, they caused us to miss the connection. This in spite of the plane being still at the gate when we arrived."

Cons: "We boarded the plane at the time the flight was supposed to depart without explanation as to why there was a delay. Then we sat on the plane for two hours without explanation again. Landed 45 minutes after the originally planned time. Our connecting flight to athens was going to depart in 15 minutes, but left us and 58 other passengers. Poor communication to the passengers and then poor communication or help from the airline. If they would’ve waited 15 minutes, 60 people could’ve made their connection. Instead we have to wait 6-7 hours to board another flight. The customer service at the Moscow airport was sad... only two people at the desk for 60+ customers needing new flights because of their unexplained late departure."

Стюардессы были не очень приветливые в этот раз . На вопрос ( а его задавали многие как я слышала) последовало -не знаю , нам не докладывают - ( сказано было грубовато). Ну а то что в Москве надо было получать багаж -крайне неудобно , если это не отменят, то думаю что буду летать из США в Минск через Европу."

Pros: "Очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, отличное обслуживание, профессионализм летчиков ( мягкая посадка и надежность в полете), прекрасное меню и организация питания в целом, чистота в салоне и туалете, обеспеченность всем необходимым в полете, возможность просмотра фильмов в полете. Класс самолета Боинг 777 нравится. В целом очень хорошее впечатление от полета, гораздо лучше, чем от полета на Дельта и Юнайтед в США."
