Cons: This flight—CDMX to TRC with Aeromexico—was either incorrect or nonexistent. It had the same number an Interjet flight which I’m now having to wait for today. I’m annoyed to still get updates and emails about this flight that I didn’t (couldn’t) take.

Pros: I was able to watch movies. The plane ride was smooth. No turbulence at all. Snacks were provided.

Pros: The plane had TVs for each seat. The seats had a footrest! Service was awesome.

Pros: Everything went smoothly except for the sprint to catch the flight out of Guadalajara to Mexico City. That connection was a little tight. The Aeromexico staff were helpful and friendly both on the ground and in the air.

Cons: Flight departed over an hour late which made it stressful trying to get to connection flight. If the other flights weren't delayed also, we would have missed the flight. I paid for my luggage more than 24 hours in advance online. Website states if paid more than 24 hours in advance, the fee is $20 for one bag. I was charged $25.00 each way. Called Aeromexico and they said I had to send email to customer service. It has been 12 days and still have not received a response to my inquiry.

Cons: *Seat was broken and seat cushion was hard. No one in our row was comfortable. Was not aware that the row before exit row does not recline. We were in row 14. Fortunately there were some empty seats so we could move. Would not have chosen that seat if website shared that information. The TV screens came done from the ceiling so everyone had to watch same thing. Music channels only played a few songs over and over again. This plane needs to be retired or have major upgrades. Definitely an older plane.

Cons: I arrived one hoyr before departure. There was absolutely no one in the counter to help solve my problem. I kept calling costumer service on the phone to get help. I had a first class ticket and all I got was someone in the airport will help you. But there was no one at the counter! More rhan 2 hours on the phone and they would not even let me talk with the supervisor. All I got was wait for someone in the counter... No one ever showed.

Cons: It was a terrible flight. Flight delayed about 2 hrs due to crew being late, "stock in customs". When they arrived the gate, they were all with their bags of food, etc. Obviously they were stock in food pick-up line! Plane very old, dirty, no entertainment!

Pros: The only positive factor about this specific flight was the staff who is very diligent and attentive to everyone.
Cons: Once we got on the plane, the pilot mentions there is a delay due to the AC not functioning but they are fixing it. We took off and the AC apparently was never fixed because it was out for the whole flight. On top of that there was basically no entertainment on flight. Those two things are basic when flying.

Pros: United- I cannot believe that the computer assigned seats in the last row since we have been United/Continental frequent fliers for over 30 years. We will always choose Delta over United based on our experience on Saturday/Sunday.

Cons: Was treated like a second class person as they would not even entertain my offer to pay for a seat upgrade. I am 6’7” and hoped to take one of the available exit row seats but because I bought a cheaper ticket they wouldn’t even speak about it.

Cons: We were in First class and were served a yoghurt that had already been opened and oatmeal that was stone cold, I mean refrigerator cold. Also the in flight entertainment kept buffering so that it was basically unwatchable. United touts Polaris, but maybe they should concentrate on their current classes of service instead.

Pros: On the whole plane,my row was the only one with a vacant seat. I needed wheelchair assistance getting from check -in counter to the plane and the person who helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful.
Cons: The savory pretzel snack was very skimpy and I could not drink their water because they only had Dasani which contains an ingredient that I am allergic to.

Cons: I wish I could have gotten more beverage (water) during the flight. Very dry in the cabin but all-in-all, it was a pleasant experience.

Cons: The flight left 15 late due to the bags needing to be moved from below up to the cabin. With only a 45 minutes connecting time, this made us nervous. We did ultimately end up making the connection because they arrived/departed out of the same terminal. I'm not sure we would have made it otherwise. The crew was a bit loud and kept bumping people on the aisle as he made his way down with the cart. The seats were hard as a rock.

Cons: I paid for the insurance just in case I needed to change my flight. Well I did need to change my flight to get a few more things done before returning home. The answer I recieved when I called was that I had to pay 600 dollars for the change and then file a claim for possible reimbursement. The whole round trip flight only cost $250.

Pros: The friendly co-travelers as there is no food or entertainment for people on a budget. Better than my flight TO SLC which was cancelled the first day, then delayed the 2nd day. Airport services saved my day by carting me to the connecting flight TO SLC from Denver as there was only 15 minutes to get from one end of the concourse to the other. A little difficult to run there at my age. Any chance of allowing people with connecting flights disembark first instead of last in this situation?
Cons: Due to inclement weather conditions no liquids were served. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area.

Cons: Kayak did not confirm my seat. Was not able to get a flight. Called customer service and they told me to rebook. My card was charged twice. The airplane had faulted hardware. Waited in line for 2 hours to get a different flight. All flights to Phoenix were full. Didn't make the standby list. Couldn't make the rebook flight. Worst day ever Now, No one can give me a refund. mind you I took a day off from work this was a last minute. The reason this trip was so important to me is because my grandma is in the ICU. I hardly ever complain about any customer service experience. Overall to get a hold of customer service is awful.

Cons: United airlines plane from SLC to SFO departed 45 minutes late due to maintenance issue. Then the connecting flight from SFO to Bakersfield left 10 minutes early, thus resulting in a small group missing the connection. Spent Father's Day in the airport for 10+ hours to get on the last flight out of SFO to Bakersfield. Customer service was unhelpful and rude until they found out that the issue was at the fault of united Airlines and not external circumstances.

Cons: Downgraded plane that departed 1hr late, horrible turbulence, missed connection because 1hr late departure. Stood in customer service line for 2 hrs in vain because communication was bad. Had to pay an extra $72 for a hotel because my flight was rebooked for the next day.

Pros: There was a wonderful man named Mr. Hanson that helped me tremendously. This was the first time ever to fly and I was tremendously scared. He made my experience wonderdul. I intend to fly more often now. Thank you for hiring someone that loves his job.
Cons: The seats on the layover flight were over booked. If Mr. Hanson had not of taken care of me on my my flight I would have had a different outcome on flying.
