Cons: "The tv/entertainment system does not seem to have a FF/RW function. So if you have seen the beginning of the movie playing on the previous flight, you have to sit through it again."
Cons: "Did not seem to be working for anyone... Had Netflix already downloaded, but the seat back tv just played advertisements of all tv you could not watch."

Cons: "We got stopped waiting to pull up to the gate for over an hour. This on top of the flight being delayed. The TV screens didn't work and the flight tracker didn't work."

Cons: "Plane was 80+ degrees until after takeoff. My girlfriend complained unrelentingly about this on both legs until it was resolved. I don’t know my way around Houston airport but it seemed like we landed several kilometers from our connecting gate. Probably not something that could be avoided but aggravating nonetheless. Also I pooped on this flight and no one would have known except for the lady sitting in the back made a comment about how long I was in the lavatory (5-7 minutes?). Rude."
Cons: "Flight attendants seemed completely unwilling to accommodate any requests outside of their "service time"."
Pros: "Crew and employees were all great, could not have gone any better."
Cons: "For a three hour flight, entertainment was lacking. The fact that there are ONLY paid options was kind of a slap in the face. Even just providing some radio stations to listen to would have been acceptable as a free option"
Cons: "We were in First class and were served a yoghurt that had already been opened and oatmeal that was stone cold, I mean refrigerator cold. Also the in flight entertainment kept buffering so that it was basically unwatchable. United touts Polaris, but maybe they should concentrate on their current classes of service instead."

Pros: "On the whole plane,my row was the only one with a vacant seat. I needed wheelchair assistance getting from check -in counter to the plane and the person who helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful."
Cons: "The savory pretzel snack was very skimpy and I could not drink their water because they only had Dasani which contains an ingredient that I am allergic to."

Cons: "My flight out of traverse city was cancelled but I rebooked on a different airlines through united to be able to get to my destination in time for an event that day. It was a long process but I made it and really appreciated all the work the agent on the phone did for me. When I arrived at the airport they had my resvervation but no ticket... luckily we worked it out"
Cons: "I wish I could have gotten more beverage (water) during the flight. Very dry in the cabin but all-in-all, it was a pleasant experience."
Pros: "Stuck in SLC because of computer issues, was told that the flight to XNA was also delayed, wrong now stuck in Denver for another day. Hopefully we can get home tomorrow, now booked to Houston then to XNA as all united flights are sold out. . . Miserable service."
Cons: "Gate attendant was rude and prematurely gave my seat away before boarding was closed so My infant and I missed the original flight. Check in attendant was rude, picked up my bag stickers and when we disagreed on a military regulation he set the stickers down and walked away and did not assist me. Boarding was extremely disorganized and not enough room for carry on items. It was an aweful experience and I will not be traveling with united airlines ever again."
Cons: "The flight left 15 late due to the bags needing to be moved from below up to the cabin. With only a 45 minutes connecting time, this made us nervous. We did ultimately end up making the connection because they arrived/departed out of the same terminal. I'm not sure we would have made it otherwise. The crew was a bit loud and kept bumping people on the aisle as he made his way down with the cart. The seats were hard as a rock."

Cons: "I paid for the insurance just in case I needed to change my flight. Well I did need to change my flight to get a few more things done before returning home. The answer I recieved when I called was that I had to pay 600 dollars for the change and then file a claim for possible reimbursement. The whole round trip flight only cost $250."

Cons: "Kayak did not confirm my seat. Was not able to get a flight. Called customer service and they told me to rebook. My card was charged twice. The airplane had faulted hardware. Waited in line for 2 hours to get a different flight. All flights to Phoenix were full. Didn't make the standby list. Couldn't make the rebook flight. Worst day ever Now, No one can give me a refund. mind you I took a day off from work this was a last minute. The reason this trip was so important to me is because my grandma is in the ICU. I hardly ever complain about any customer service experience. Overall to get a hold of customer service is awful."

Cons: "I got a final boarding call 2 minutes before the time that my boarding pass said boarding g would begin. Despite that we didn't take off any earlier and landed just five minutes before schedule. We then waited on the tarmac for an hour. In the end I spent almost as much time sitting g in a grounded plane as I did flying. This after paying way too much for an economy ticket. Reminded me why I don't fly United"

Cons: "Downgraded plane that departed 1hr late, horrible turbulence, missed connection because 1hr late departure. Stood in customer service line for 2 hrs in vain because communication was bad. Had to pay an extra $72 for a hotel because my flight was rebooked for the next day."
