Difficult to find some food option for gluten and dairy allergy. May be a fruit salad would be better
everything was great. I don't use on-board entertainment at all (I just read or sleep), but I appreciate that I couldn't hear anyone else's!

One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.

On both legs of my trips (Jhb - Dxb and Dxb - Jhb) the entertainment system did not work.
Meals was mis-served inspite of selecting vegetarian food! I was served non- veg in both flights ie., IAD to Dubai and Dubai to Hyderabad. Staff was not that friendly
We purchased extra legroom seats for both legs of flight through budget air. Seats were not honored by emirates. Had to spend frustrating hour to get seats we paid for on first leg to Dubai. Second leg to Jakarta were denied and had to sit in middle seat. Had to spend hour on phone yesterday to try to get refund. We’re told needed to send copies of boarding passes of which already threw away first leg boarding pass. Very very frustrating. This happened as well one year ago with emirates.
Ok Check in and boarding was horrible - every time 15 minutes delayed which was done 6/7 times Bags were delayed by 2 hours at Bali airport
It was also a great experience except to the inconvenience of connecting flights since we need to took buses to go to another terminal and the boarding was easy but if you manage to find the terminal in time. Still it was a great experience with Kayak and Emirates.
Very bad experience with turkish airline tk 0001. Very uncomfortable seats and food ran out and crew was not helpful
for the second time disappointed with TK, they like JAT = joke about time
Their weakness is in boarding. Business class rarely boards first and there are no announcements explaining delays, so customers are always left waiting and wondering why boarding has paused.
Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.
Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.

Turkish had extra security but didn’t feel intrusive, just an extra level of care for us. Checkin was fast, immigration outward went well. They lengthened our flight time from 6 to 7 hours to avoid flying over Sudan. Food as a vegan was fine as requested.
Overall very comfortable experience. I had requested vegan food but the only option was a sandwich with vegetables and cheese. I removed the cheese and ate the sandwich ( tasted pretty good) but wish it was offered without cheese.
We were on business class from TLV to LAX When TK canceled their TLV to IST flight nobody could help us to rebook a flight at TK

excellent! movie selection just ok, but everything else was wonderful.
Nice airline. I was in a really weird seat which had extra leg room, but no basket or stowage. And the people next to me were pretty noisy during the flight, so it was hard to rest. I wish staff came around to pick up trash more often as I had no where to put it except my lap or the floor.

The crew was courteous and efficient. There was no entertainment or liquor service on this short international flight.
The qatar airways flights were great, the code share with Indigo could have been a lot better. There is no option for web check in, there is not information on the tickets for the INDIGO PNR this caused a problem with security letting us into the airport. The indigo staff did not even want us to line up before they opened the counters. There is not option on the indigo flgith to request special meals.

Plane was clean, bathrooms were clean. Staff were very polite. Coming from Air India it was a welcome change.
Food, entertainment and blankets are minimum requirements for an international flight with a duration of 3+ hrs. None was in this flight and very dirty bathrooms on the top of it.
From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too
The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.
Awful the whole airline arrived to check baggage and board our flight and the airline desk was closed where none of the passengers could check in baggage, asked for a supervisor and was refused a supervisor, called the airlines from the airport and they refused to refund the flights for their actions in the airport, Etihad and Garuda Airlines absolutely horrible customer service all the way around.
Good service. But on flight to Kochi no entertainment except in app. And no working outlets to charge phone.
The check-in has been the very best so far I didn't get to use my priority access which made me feel like a paid a higher price with no benefit for that I loved the food Very tasty and hot The staff friendliness, empathy could be better as it was not linear amongst the whole crew Otherwise, no complaints. I'd still fly again via Etihad Great prices despite the long 6h of waiting time
Took a long time for boarding. The flight was comfortable.
Boarding was efficient, had to check in cabin luggage. Seats were narrow, food was more in quantity, received cabin luggage on the luggage belt which was fine.
Good range of movies but lacking decent tv shows. Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. Staff are inattentive, and really need to improve on the customer experience. The new airport is fantastic, as is the new lounge, a huge upgrade from the old airport and lounge!
