Good flight. Easy to board except for other pax that think they own the aeroplane.

We tried to eat something and there were sold out. It is a long flight in dinner time and we could not eat (while in their advertisement they claim to have many things). A shame.

The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....

One of the luggages got damages in one of its corners. Probably need to buy a new one. Could not report it as the damage was found outside the airport.

Cons: "Boarding was disorganized and poorly managed. No sections no organization of luggage and storage etc"
Cons: "The flight was booked round trip and the experience coming back was terrible. The same standards were not applied. Serval passengers weren’t allowed to take small carryons that would fit under the seat. I paid for a seat and bag with my flight and was charged again leaving Prague. The online booking kept freezing and wouldn’t allow me to check in for my flight. So frustrating."

Cons: "The plane should be heated before the passengers are boarded. Everybody stayed in all their layers until leaving the plane as it was very cold onboard the whole flight."
Cons: "The seating place are really small. If you're tall it's painfully. The seats are short, no forehead. The boarding wasn’t well organized like with British Airways."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for about an hour with apologies but without explanation. They tried to get us to check our baggage and we had to prove to them that the suitcases were the right size for the overhead bins even though others with similar bags didn’t have to"

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.

The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .

Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.

It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.

دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع
