Very crowded seats. No place for legs. WiFi on board to watch movies was great.
The flight was fine, but if the water were spontanously offered, it would be more client-oriented. We know that it is a low cost flight, but nevertheless...

The flight was OK, but I don't understand their luggage policy. They allow a trolley per passenger but don't allow personal belonging bag although it is stored beneath the chair in front of you. It doesn't cause any trouble, it doesn't interrupt. Why do they care about it?

Good flight. Easy to board except for other pax that think they own the aeroplane.
We tried to eat something and there were sold out. It is a long flight in dinner time and we could not eat (while in their advertisement they claim to have many things). A shame.
The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....
Rubbish moved my seat don’t know why same seat configuration cost me extra so me and my wife could sit together now I know why no paper ticket so they can do this
The baggage wasnt uploaded to the plane, lost baggage handling is very poor.
It would have been better if I was not ill so I didn't go and I didn't come back and I could not transfer my tickets to a later date as Ryanair stop flying from Manchester at the end of October till next year
Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.
From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.
What we can expect? Soon we will have to travel standing on the hallway. Let me be fair, I had worse experiences with Ryanair.
I didn't know that all connecting flights require online check-in two hours in advance, so I was fined 55 euros. This is a lesson learned.
Flying from Hamburg to Stansted was a nightmare if I have to be honest, the flight was due to leave at 15:50 and we ended up not taking off properly till 16:56. They really don’t have enough people doing the sorting of baggage where you get the sticker for your case before the security check, going through security was 10x more faster then the whole baggage situation.
A delay of almost 3 hours. It was evident that the staff wanted us to board urgently, to the point of rudeness, to avoid paying compensation
The table at my seat was dirty, the crew was nice, the boarding was swift. An average Ryanair experience but this time the plane was not properly cleaned between flights.
