Pros: I did get home eventually

Cons: Flight was delayed. Seats are cramped.

Cons: Disabled US Veterans should be allowed to board with active and retired military

Pros: How friendly all the staff were and how quickly we boarded the plane.

Cons: How the toilet didn't work, but it's okay because I think we could all hold it for an hour ;)

Cons: Delayed 2 hours

Pros: First class meal (lasagna) was quite good.

Cons: Flight was two hours late due to snow and deicing.

Pros: Great classical music selection, great entertainment program. Unfortunately, not working for all, system was re booted but didn't work for all but for me

Pros: This was my first experience flying United. The staff and pilot were friendly even though everyone seemed grumpy and tired. There was a poor baby that cried almost the whole flight-I get it, I was tired and wanted to cry too...ha! They handled everyone with patience and a smile.

Cons: When we landed in Columbus we were stuck on the plane for almost a half hour because there were issues with the walking bridge. This was annoying.

Pros: Smooth flight all the way through

Cons: United didn't have their act together in Denver. Waiting on the tarmac for the gate to be disoccupied, 40 minutes and counting. When the entire terminal B is United, you'd think they'd have an open gate that can be used for a 757...

Pros: Crew was pleasant and did their job well

Cons: The de-ice took way to log and not enough leg room

Cons: The beginning was a bit confusing when I needed to use JetBlue because I had to go to the help desk to figure out why they wouldn’t issue all of my boarding passes at JFK and the line took an hour just for them to tell me to get my boarding pass at LAX. Other than that it was a great flight!

Pros: The delays were understandable as it was a snow storm. The crew was great.

Cons: My entertainment system was broken, and on a coast to coast flight in the middle of the night where sleeping is impossible, that really sucked.

Cons: The cabin crew was a little lacking and the captain did not mentioned that we had landed almost a full hour later than scheduled.

Pros: we got where we were going.

Cons: 45 minute delay of takeoff.

Cons: The 3 1/2 hour delay was the worst - missed our connecting flight because of it, which is pretty bad when you're supposed to have a 3 1/2 hour layover. Then the flight they put us on was 3 1/2 hours late. We got home at 7 am instead of midnight. Spent 45 minutes sitting on the runway in Philadelphia because another plane was at our gate so we had to wait for them to take off, not just leave the gate. Flight attendants were efficient but not at all friendly - not a smile among them.

When we landed in Philadelphia, sat on runway for 45 minutes, waiting for gate. Next flight was supposed to leave at 8:40, took off at midnight.

Cons: AA flight into Miami delayed due to late arrival of aircraft, followed by significant delay on the tarmac waiting for another plane to leave. This then delayed getting bags that required rechecking. At the AA booth, even though I was 42 minutes before the flight, they would not let me check my bags (not 45 minutes before) requiring me to stay in Miami overnight before booking me on a standby flight the next day. Customer service representatives were unhelpful and supervisor was rude. As someone who travels a lot, this was the worst service I have ever received from an airline (which says quite a bit). Will rethink ever booking a trip on American again.
