Quick and organized boarding process, friendly staff but not as many snacks and drinks as the previous flight overnight
Landing was a little hard. Food was not great My prior review was for the flight to nyc too
Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..

WiFi would have been nice and some more powerful usb ports, available ports could not keep my phone’s charge much less charge the phone.
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

worst was delayed luggage. could see luggage was still in Singapore but they insist I wait till all luggage are unloaded before filing a report. took 2 days to arrive and I had to collect it myself from the airport
i send you separate claim of what happens ,I buy ticketed from you and you said that it is confirmed and shall send the ticket in 24 hrs but you did not send and when we go to Ethiopian air line counter they say it is pending and we dont know why ,and we forced to buy another ticket ,and this all because Ethiopian air lines canceled the return flight from Adi Ababa to Amman, please note that we buy all the tickets through your app and hold you responsible for all loss and discomfort.
Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.
United was best airlines I have seen since I got there choose united airlines
For Vegetarian Food was very poor. Though we had opted for Asian Vegetarian Food they didn’t serve but only what was available was served. We were offered Smoked Salmon!
It was very bad experience with Ethiopian airlines . The flight was delayed in both ways . On the way coming back one of the crews dropped hot coffee on my whole body and other crew dropped used dirty glasses on top of me . The same crew that dropped hot coffee on me hit me with the food trolley on my knee while I was sleeping . I couldn’t sit properly due to the pain on my knee caused by those irresponsible crews . Very unprofessional airlines
Flight was delayed an hour. Also, I bought an extra legroom seat online; but the actually plane was a different configuration so I didn't get what I paid for . This happened on the Addis to Lusaka leg of my trip.
The plane was overbooked and the crew was very rude. My luggage was never put on the plane. I got to NY and waited 2 hours just to find out that my luggage was left.
Very bad experience flight was over 5 hours delayed 😑 not a chance to be put on another flight we had to stay at the hotel we lost 2 days on our vacation. Never again I will fligh with Ethiopian airlines.
The table at my seat was dirty, the crew was nice, the boarding was swift. An average Ryanair experience but this time the plane was not properly cleaned between flights.
After passing through boarding gates we had to wait for 45 minutes in a small space with no place to sit.
Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.
Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.
Flight got delayed and they didn’t keep us informed all the time.
Crazy long boarding times, messy, inexperienced, overworked, and visibly tired crew, very uncomfortable seats and no compensation for delays.
The flight arrived within 15 minutes of schedule. We hate the cattle-like boarding process seen often in Europe. After your boarding pass is checked by the airline staff, you wait standing up in an area with no seating for several minutes.
They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined
Boarding was fast and efficient. The crew was super friendly. Since it’s a budget airline and it’s a short flight, I can’t expect food or entertainment.
There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.
