Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating."

There was no remote unlike the B787 between MAN and DOH. Pre-download things on laptops, tablets, phones or whatever ifyou are not going to sleep on the flight. It also took 3 hours because of UAE and Qatar :("

Pros: "Boarding was quick and I liked that they didn’t make many announcements which can often keep passengers awake when they’re trying to sleep. Lights were kept off for the duration of the 14 hour flight which was good."
Cons: "I felt that the service was slow and the food was poor. Water was not offered during the flight as is the norm with other airlines. Toilets should be cleaned more regularly. Advertising at the beginning of the inflight entertainment became very repetitive when watching short tv shows."

Cons: "I planned a wonderful vacation for my birthday only to face a horrible experience. Not only was the flight uncomfortable, but my television did not work. There was a huge box underneath the seat in front of me which prevented me from stretching my legs outward. The television was on but the screen itself wasn't operating. I reached for the remote located in the armrest only to find the entire piece missing. Only the base was there. I asked the flight attendents three times if I can move to an empty seat and they said "give me a moment". The moment never came. I really expected more from this airline."
