Pros: I sat next to two of the flight attendants prior to our departure. When they got up to board, their negative comments about getting on the plane made me think Wow, why are you doing this job, if you don't really want to go. The two attendants at the check in, they need some training.

Cons: DCA is a total disaster. Avoid the airport at all costs. The metro is shut down and everyone is competing for very expensive cabs and ride share. Terrible. Worth it to go to Dulles.

Pros: Everything was on time. I got an aisle seat and I didn't have to pay the ridiculous online fee. Crew were great. Lots of great movies to watch. Free beer and wine. Didn't lose my bag, made my connection which was tight. Very happy.

Pros: Crew was super helpful and patient as the flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. Captain kept everyone up to date with whatever was going on.

Cons: Flight delay impacted a lot of other travel plans. No compensation for long delays

Pros: Inflight entertainment was the best I’ve seen in coach. Free games, movies, moving map, etc.

Cons: The seating is too cramped. It has just gone past what is reasonable. Seems too tight on both the knees and elbow room.

Cons: If this flight had been delayed to match our flight from AUS. We arrived in SJC at 1100. So a 8 hour extra time in flight was avoidable if United had waited 30 minutes.

Pros: Crew was amazing. I was traveling with my 11 month old and they were super helpful and very friendly.

Cons: I was bummed that this plane didn’t have TVs at each seat. You were able to stream all kinds of free movies and shows on the United app but I was holding a baby on my lap and couldn’t use my phone as well.

Cons: Delay killed my travel plans and resulted in a nine hour layover in Munich Germany!

Cons: Our plane left late which equalled missing our connecting flight which equalled almost missing our window to pick up our car rental. Timely boarding and accommodation/coordination with connecting flight could have been handled better

Cons: The space of the seats are tough, we were cramped and in tight quarters.
