Was smooth and easy. Left a little late but still arrived on time.

Cons: "We had a 2.5 hour delay because there was someone missing in the crew. It sounded like it hadn’t been properly planned for the flight so it was frustrating. However, once that person showed up, everything was great and the crew was very sweet"

Cons: "While the weather delay was out of everyone’s control and it was obvious the pilot was doing everything he could to get the pale airborne... i feel their could have been better communication from the ground as to our take off time. They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️"

Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

Had to ask at the reporting time and then seat was messed up. 3 seats were three different row while I had two minor sons. Spoke to the travel agents (justfly.com) and requested meal was not properly recorded. I requested, two kids meal and a Hindu meal, when meal came it was told I had Muslim meal. How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

Cons: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."

I didn't realize when I was booking the flights that American lets you bring a carryon no charge, but United does not. You have to be a "Special" customer with them in order to be allowed a carryon, so we ended up paying an additional $50!!!"

Then we were told they are waiting on a rear flight crew from another flight. After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

It's natural as a passenger my first thought is it's a Bad omen . I had genuinely lost some faith in the plane ."

I did not end up going on the flight but was unable to get a refund which seems ridiculous given that there was text on the website explicitly saying this was their policy."

Just be prepared and knowledgeable about this airline and other budget airlines and you will be satisfied. - pay for bags in advance, Try to weigh your checked bags before the airport, Bring snacks or drink on flight - otherwise you have to pay for it. Trenton and punta gorda airports are small, you have to walk to the plane. I love the small airports, no lines , easy parking!"

On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"

Cons: "It was myself, my wife, and our 18 month old son. The trip was a complete disaster. The first delay was from 12 noon to 7:30 pm because the plane was unavailable. We left the airport and returned at 6 pm for the 7:30 pm departure. The plane was "available." We checked our bags, found our way to the gate, and eventually boarded "ontime." Instead of taking off, however, we sat on board the plane at the gate for 2 hours as work was being done. The work was first called "maintenance," then "a small error code." The captain teased us by saying "folks, just a few more minutes and we should be departing." The crew nourished us with a dixie sized cups of water and Chex mix. Then finally the airline gave up and deplaned everyone. Once deplaned, it was explained to us that they couldn't clear the error code, so they couldn't use that plane. But there was another plane coming from Las Vegas to use so that we could expect a departure around 12 midnight. 12 midnight rolls around. Nothing. 12:30 am. 1 am. Finally, a plane arrives. But then the airline holds us up yet again - turns out we can't depart after all because the arriving airport shuts down at 2 am. Gee, they didn't know that before making us wait another 3 hours??? Now they're offering a refund to anybody who wants one, as well as a hotel for the night and the promise of a flight at 2:30 pm the following day. At this point, many of us are looking up alternative flights to Eugene and even Portland. A $1,000 extra for us. We're not sure whether we can trust Allegiant to have an actual plane ready to go the next day. And we're too tired at that point to even ask why the next flight would be at 2:30 pm rather than first thing in the morning. So finally we line up to get a hotel voucher and find our way to the hotel. It takes over an hour to checkin at the hotel because it's the middle of the night and 150 people just showed up to checkin. We finally get to our room at about 3:30 am. I'm amazed at how well our toddler held up sitting on an airplane for 2 hours, sitting at the airport for about 6 hours, and waiting to fall asleep all night. We eventually made it back to the airport the following afternoon and, praise the lord, made it to our destination. Allegiant - NEVER AGAIN!"

A 3 day trip was decreased to a 2 day trip. Extremely disappointed. After sharing our experience with others we heard the same thing happened them."
Cons: "I understand that Allegiant has a pricing structure to implement, but forcing passengers to keep personal items between their feet when most of the overhead compartments were empty was just insulting and ridiculous - not to mention dangerous. In the event of extreme turbulence (or worse), all those personal items would be flying around the cabin."

We did enjoy buying some tickets from a lady named Valerie in Des Moines who also later had to come on the plane and remove an intoxicated woman. She made everything so easy and simple and enjoyable. I had a problem that needed resolved and instead of diligently helping me, she would turn to another customer, totally ignore my concerns and speak Spanish with this other woman. When I was at the counter first, not the other woman. The Service Agent in Orland on my way back was rude as well. She gave my Mom and I attitude about my luggage being overweight. Told us to pay the $50 or figure it out. We had expressed already paying the $18 to check the luggage to begin with and wanted to see if that amount could be included in the $50. The Service Agent scoffed at us and turned up her nose. Great air service, horrible ground service."

Over flight was ok it just sucked you had to download the United app to order food and beer and to watch movies and it would have been great probably if the app downloaded but it didn’t so it sucked not sure of the app was down or too many people trying to download it or what but other then that it was ok the seats weren’t too comfortable but I reckon that’s too be expected only my second time flying the first time none of my flights where on time but this go around they where on time with everything.

Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board."

I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection."

This caused us to miss a post-wedding brunch with family that we're only able to see about once every three years. All this after changing our flight out to the east coast the day of the flight (my 8:55pm flight was changed to 5:23pm, and I was notified after 3pm - meaning I had to run out of work early, costing me money, run home to pack, and rush to the airport, only to wait 3 hours for a now delayed flight). The also added another leg to that trip as well (at 3pm, day of). This was a red-eye flight and the last thing we wanted to do was get on and off the plane all night. I will not be flying with United after this trip."

Cons: "Security lines at Newark took us an hour and 45 minutes so we missed our flight. The lines were crazy and there was no security. People were cutting ahead and fighting. It was like survival of the fittest. Then when we got rebooked the boarding passes wouldn't work and we had to be last on the plane. The male flight attendant was rude even to my 7 and 10 year old who sat alone because there were no seats together. My 7 year old didn't know what tray table in the upright position meant and the attendant was giving him a hard time instead of just helping him."

There was no entertainment of any kind. The pilots kept pushing back the time we were taking off every 15 minutes and kept changing the arrival time drastically. Overall, horrendous experience."

The sign at the gate had the wrong flight on it, causing a lot of confusion.

I did not like anything. It was cramped loud, and the fact that we had to sit on the tarmac for an hourd half and then the airline lost our luggage made for a bad start to my busniess trip . Needless to say, I will never be flying frontier again .
