We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Cons: It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance.

The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience.

Lost a day, lost 2 tours, endured additional hotel costs...and the attendant made it clear she was on overtime and we just needed to move on. American Airlines is too big and consolidation of airlines has not been good for the public.

Somehow European airlines manage not to freeze out all their passengers. It was less than a two hour flight but felt like an eternity because it was so uncomfortable. Seat size - this is absolutely the smallest it can/should go. I am pretty skinny, but even I'm running out of room and the seat backs could be made a bit more comfortable. Not only is there almost no recline, but the way they are constructed - they actually push my head forward - not made for short people.

Cons: I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!

Cons: I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia.

Pros: The Iberia crew person named Ms. TENORIO was excellent. As an American with disabilities, I felt safe, protected and assisted throughout the flight with my various requests and needs. The rest of the crew was also .efficient and pleasant. Finnair&Iberia are tops.
Cons: Logan Airport in Boston, Terminal E was so upsetting. There was NOBODY to help me. I arrived early because I am disabled. There should be somebody there at all times. Very distressing-=- me in a wheel chaiir with 2 suitcases and ZERO assistance. I felt helpless and sad.

Pros: The cool thing about this airline is that it’s dirt cheap to get from Oakland to Barcelona!! I will say tho, you do get what you pay. We purchased the most basic flight and that’s really what it was. Tight leg room and lots of people. If you’re over 5’5 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting extra leg room if it’s available. Aside from that. The flight was cool and the staff was nice!

Cons: I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco.

Pros: On the plane, the trip was fine. The trans-atlantic section of the flight was surprisingly spacious.
Cons: The connection was too short in Madrid, so I missed my flight to Berlin and was stuck in the airport for 11 hours. No airport lounge. Kind of a drag after a 9 hour flight. Also they said that my luggage would already be in Berlin but it was not and now I am still trying to find it. Yikes!

Cons: Absolutely everything. I paid for a seat only to get bumped to the very back of the plane. I waited in line for 30 plus minutes to talk to a gate agent who just ignored everyone in line. Their service is worse than United. You get what you pay for. I will never fly with these clowns again. And I want my $33 back for the seat I didn't get!!!!!

Cons: All snacks and beverages appeared to be at cost. No in-flight entertainment. My traveling companion's luggage was never delivered to our destination and really made for a less enjoyable trip (since she had to purchase everything anew, as well as having to repeatedly contact the airline to check on the bag - receiving multiple inaccurate stories as to what happened). It makes me far less likely to fly or recommend this airline again. Luggage tracking should be a very simple process.

Cons: The air conditioning was not working correctly, they opened the door during boarding to allow for some relief. ??? It was just uncomfortable. Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks.

Cons: We didn't get our boarding pass for the connection flight which caused a lot of problems when we got to NY. The airline attendant didn't say there was a problem with out itinerary. We found out until we got to NY and we were giving our luggage to Iberia for our connection. The person there said we were in the wrong airport! We had just landed there and our connection was leaving from there too JFK! He said there was nothing he could do and he sent us to the other airline counter to see if they would help us!
