Cons: I had an exit row seat (21G). The seat felt like a church pew and the right armrest was lower than normal since it was mounted on the exit door. This was by far the most uncomfortable flight I've had. My back started to hurt even before the plane took off.

Pros: Nice Airbus plane. Due to thunderstorm in Dallas, pilot not able to leave DAL to come to fly the plane in LAX on time. We delayed around 45 minutes. Otherwise, crews were professional and efficient. Excellent movies choices.
Cons: Boarding announcement in SFO was bad. No one can hear what the agent announced. Random sequence of boarding with confusion. In LAX, we supposed to go to a different terminal by a bus. There is no guidance out of gate to assist passengers that transfer to get on the right gate on the right bus. In AUS, there is not any announcement for luggage belt. An announcement would be helpful to new arrivals to this airport.

Pros: On flight entertainment has improved greatly. There are so many choices to keep you entertained. I forgot how long I was on the plane.
Cons: Plane food was not good. The crew were not as friendly, almost exhausted. There was one woman who was not sensitive or compassionate to my fellow seat mate. He was an older man who needed extra assistance. From the look of her face she didn't feel like helping him... as simple as helping him pour ice into his cup. Instead I helped my fellow neighbor. She might not feel comfortable helping a senior citizen but don't be so loud or make a face of disgust.

Pros: They say us together (we had seats apart -- even though it stated our children are 4 & 1). They gave them wings and each an extra little snack. I felt they were supportive of us.

Pros: Boarding was a breeze and the staff at Delta was nice and courteous along with being clear for boarding zone instructions. Haven't had a problem yet with Delta! Also the pilot was great at landing so it was not as jerky as some flights I have been on.

Pros: Delta was smart with boarding early once they realized everyone had cleared security. Flight took off on-time and arrived early. The crew was excellent and exuded energy although it was the end of the day.
Cons: I ordered a special asian vegetarian meal and it was just plain horrible. I had to settle for the cookie. It's nice that they serve a complimentary meal on the red eye flight but the quality of the food was bad. Entertainment options were also limited although they had some recent box office entries from last year. The leg room also wasn't great but that's expected in economy I guess.

Pros: Priority boarding for parents with children was a huge help. Provided extra blankets and most of the crew's friendliness was very appreciated.
Cons: Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts.

Pros: Great crew, smooth boarding. The dinner was fine, salmon on rice, salad, cheese and desert, of good quality when compared to typical airline food. The breakfast was ok, fruit, muffin and ok cereal bar, too carb-heavy though. The entertainment offered my options. I particularely enjoyed the "Deep-Sleep" relaxation audios which indeed helped me to get some shut-eye during the overnight flight that left the East Coast late afternoon.
Cons: The comfort in the economy class is mediocre at best. We had more space on the inner-German connection, see next review, than the international flight. The beverage service was skimpy. Flight arrived Dusseldorf on time and then spend 20 minutes on the ground, waiting for a gate, resulting in a scramble to reach our connection.

Cons: The crew was so bad. When asked for my special meal 2.5 hrs into the flight, they said you haven’t ordered any, which in fact I had a month before my flight. The crew member instead insisted that ”you should've brought your own food” not once but twice. No courtesy nothing. I was super disappointed. I fly a lot and this was hands down my worst flight. Also, the aircraft and seats were terribly uncomfortable (Boeing 747-8 Economy). Boarding took forever as well. Overall a very shocking experience from a very experienced airline otherwise.

Cons: The flight was late boarding and late arriving in Munich. I had a connecting flight to make and that was a harrowing experience. I had no precedence offers the other passengers in deplaning. I was given no help in making my connecting flight. I had to queue up for border control. I had to go up and down numerous escalators. I was stopped by a policeman asking for papers which I had already given to border control. I had to take a train and change terminals. My connecting flight was departing from the farthest gate possible in the terminal. I was running the entire time, and I barely made it. Had I not been running, I would have missed my connection.

Cons: The ticketing when purchasing a ticket from NEW YORK is very unclear and even though we wanted a JFK ticket, the NEW YORK search showed a ticket for NEWARK NJ so my step dad ended up going to the JFK airport - An elderly man who has trouble with English and no one was willing to help him to rebook his ticket. Not only that - the Lufthansa people VOIDED his entire ticket including the second leg because the agency wasn't picking up for a rebooking so the entire ticket cost was lost - $1200 - GONE! We couldn't even get him a one way ticket so he could use the return part of the one he bought. This is an absolute customer service disaster. This man lost all his money, he saves up all year to go see his family. That's an ugly way to take advantage of people.

Cons: The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )

Cons: Stoll in Germany first flight was over 1.5 hour late a I miss my original flight. I must wait now for afternoon flight and wait all day having family emergency situation.

Cons: Ridiculous policy that couldn't get seat until 23 hours in advance, then that wasn't even true. Then misinformed me about what kind of seat I had been assigned. Then insisted I check a bag that did not need to be checked. Then the food was inedible. Flight happened to be late so I missed my connection, and they offered some more misinformation in that regard; There were of course human beings (staff) to deal with, but they had been reduced by Lufthansa's rules and systems so they were just robots, repeating over and over again inflexible policies. Horrible!

Also, this was advertised as Lufthansa but was actually United. Kayak seems to do this frequently, and as a customer it is confusing and disappointing.

Pros: That the flight left on time and arrived early. The flight attendant was very friendly but knew his job well, and went the extra mile to be sure we were all comfortable.
Cons: That the plane seemed noisy (from the back row at least). That the flight attendant did not help me find my seat. After travelling almost 24 hours I was tired and was trying to find the seat using the boarding gate number. I figured out I should have been in 9 D by the end of the flight. Instead I sat in the last row because it was empty and there was not a seat 26A. I almost missed this flight because my boarding pass said 26A and really it was 27A. I did look at the board. I did not compare the board to the ticket, and the numbers were so close my tired brain thought they matched. When it was time to board I checked at gate 26A and she sent me around the construction. I told the guy there (27A) I was looking for 26A and he said to go around the construction. I told him they sent me to him and he insisted I go around the construction. I would have missed the plane if someone else had not come up just then and said he was going to Richmond. At that point I told the guy I was too, and he checked my ticket. Some of the problem was my tired brain and you cannot fix that. Perhaps when someone tells your employee that they have already been sent around the construction the employee should just check the ticket instead of trying to send them back.

Cons: Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online.

Pros: KLM fed a sandwich even though the flight was only 2 hours. The crew was pleasant. Getting through the Amsterdam airport to catch a connecting flight with only an hour to do so was no big deal. Airport staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons: I paid extra for a window seat, but due to the poor alignment of the seats with the actual windows, I actually sat next to a wall! Nol much to see out of a wall. If KLM are going to charge extra for a window seat, then they should make sure there is a window there! If the seat had actually had a window it would have been an excellent flight.

Pros: They flew full speed to catch up with the delays.
Cons: Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least.

Cons: Taking off late caused me stress because I had transferring flight within less than two hours in transit originally. So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them.

Cons: - Schiphol airport (AMS) is small, crowded, noisy; no water fountains; toilets are dirty and insufficient in number; SFO is much better - KLM boarding process was chaotic (not by group or row number), boarding/security personnel (4 old guys) didn't have a clue - 787 is noisy, chairs are uncomfortable (my back still hurts) and very close together, they also recline way too much - food trays not collected promptly - noisy babies on all flights - clearly not enough cabin crew for a full flight - no or wrong info by pilots on timing (crew are always lying anyway) - gate is all around the back at SFO (long taxi to get there) - they inserted people in wheelchairs during deboarding thus holding everybody up.

Cons: I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre.

Pros: SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone.

At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism.

Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection.

Pros: Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters.
Cons: Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed.

I am a 71 years old woman and I was never treated the way the attendant treated me

Cons: Got to Philly - no one there - rushed 2 concourses and plane still there with daughter on-board. They gave away our seats, told us we would not get on, would not get our baggage and would not get put up in a hotel. Because of the NBA draft - had to travel 60 miles to New Jersey for a hotel. Lost a day, lost 2 tours, endured additional hotel costs...and the attendant made it clear she was on overtime and we just needed to move on. American Airlines is too big and consolidation of airlines has not been good for the public.

We were booked on a flight that was delayed, turned out there was a flight about to depart (it had been delayed 2.5hrs due to weather), but was departing prior to our reg scheduled flight so they put us on standby. No doubt the crew was also columbus based and eager to get home...as they did. Couldn’t be more pleased to get home

Cons: There was NO ROOM for my legs when the man in front of me reclined his seat. I could not work on my laptop because it was such a ridiculously tight fit. I am 5'9" tall, and i have never been so cramped on an airplane.

Pros: The flight attendant was fantastic. Very friendly, very helpful, checking on all the passengers. He even loaned his phone charger to one passenger. It was a full flight and he was working hard, but had a smile on his face the entire time. Give him a raise!
Cons: the airplane was absolutely freezing. It was so cold, you could actually see the air blowing (like in winter). There's no need for that. Somehow European airlines manage not to freeze out all their passengers. It was less than a two hour flight but felt like an eternity because it was so uncomfortable. Seat size - this is absolutely the smallest it can/should go. I am pretty skinny, but even I'm running out of room and the seat backs could be made a bit more comfortable. Not only is there almost no recline, but the way they are constructed - they actually push my head forward - not made for short people.

Cons: They had no record of this portion of my trip, after a few people checked they found the Chicago to Ammon part so they added me onto a flight from Washington to Chicago. All should of went well from there but they sent me to the wrong gate. Luckily I just made it to the correct gate for boarding. Upon arriving at Chicago there was no one available to provide information on how to get to Royal Jordanian gates. Also on my AA portion of my flight coming into The U S in New York the flight was cancelled and I was told the next flight Available was next day (18hr delay) at the other NY airport. I had to have someone drive from D.C. (My destination) to pick me up

Cons: With checking my luggage my bag fee was waived a total of seven times this trip because I'm a military wife to see my husband overseas who is serving a year in Saudi Arabi except this past time on October 2nd at DCA airport. Spoke with the Supervisor Ralph who stated it was against policy. How stringent is this policy if it was waived seven times previously? Policy needs to be reviewed with entire staff. I will no longer use American Airlines because their military convenience and policies no longer seem to favor the military. My husband also after speaking with him will also no longer use your airline including all his members he overseas when they return after their year tour.

Cons: I thought I was booking an Alaska Airlines flight. I booked on Alaska Airlines website. I picked seats. I missed the part in the email I received later saying I didn't have seats. I never received a check in notification email. It took forever to check in at the airport because the the kiosk took a while to pull up my reservation after asking for additional information. I got stuck with middle seats on 5 hour plus flights when I had actually checked to confirm I could still select a window seat before I booked and did indeed select window seats when I booked.

Pros: I was in first class, so the legroom and seat comfort is good. The seats were removed with leather and headrest was movable.
Cons: The gate agent didn't enforce the carry-on policies. Large roller bags were turned sideways in the overhead bins. Flight attendants were not friendly. Why pay profit sharing to employees if they still are treating people badly. Overall it was an ok flight, I wouldn't go out of my way to fly them, just if they are the cheapest, because their attitude towards paying customers is horrible. I wish I could return the favor to them one day, I bet they wouldn't like it very much.

Pros: Was about an average flight for domestic travel.
Cons: Leg room on flight wasn't the greatest and seat recline also slides the bottom of the seat forward.

Cons: The flight attendant chastised my husband loudly when doing a pre check before take off. She reached over and yanked his charger our of the socket and stood over him and reprimanded him for not being on airplane mode. The passengers in front were turning around while the passengers behind were laughing. It was excessive and inappropriate. The passengers behind him had tray tables down and video games out and when she addressed them it was in a respectful manner, but when addressing my husband, it was disrespectful and unprofessional. Seemed to be discrimination as she did not treat any other passengers like this. I wish I would have captured this on video to share with American Airlines as I do not think they would condone her behavior. Her name was Marlene and she needs additional training regarding customer service.

Pros: Crew was ok, did their best considering the circumstances, but even they were getting aggravated and were short with the passengers near the end.
Cons: The Washington airport is horrible. The gate we left from was not a gate but a series of doors that buses came to. This wouldn't be so bad if they were able to handle it in an orderly way, but the airport showed complete incompetence in organizing anything and there were people everywhere trying to find the right door which kept changing on them, and the times kept changing...it was a mess. Then, when we finally got on the plane and were about to take off, the air traffic control tower called and said that their flight path was incorrect and to not take off...but didn't give them a new flight path for nearly two hours as we sat on the runway. Nationalize the airports in DC, fire the whole lot and start fresh, I'd say.
