I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to text via free WiFi in the sky. Oddly, this same service is unable to be acquired, once you’re in the United States. Leave it to Mexico, a beautiful country that’s struggling with so much poverty, to offer up free internet service instead of some silly $20 per flight deal which occurs once you cross into (at least on the surface) the wealthy, not so poverty stricken, USA! AMERICA! America, the same America that the side of the plane you’re flying in, is so proudly representing. Rich, powerful, fair America needs the extra $20!

I loved all of it. I have nothing to complain about. Thanks for a great experience!! Except, if there’s any way that I can extend a complaint about the Cozumel airport... I was SO disappointed that they no longer carry those delicious Doritos, that can only be found in Mexico. Their stores stopped carrying them and I nearly died of sadness! Just kidding guys. I had a great experience and I love Cozumel airport. It’s one of my favorites, honestly.

The staff member at the gate counter in Philly was very short and rude. She asked for people volunteer to check their carry-on bags and when I took mine up she was very curt. She asked me for my seat number (I didn't hear her) and her tone got worse. A woman who did not speak English need assistance and was turned away by this person with s shrug. The Latina finally stood in the middle of the gate area asking for help from anyone who could speak English. I just spent 18 days I Madrid and never once was rejected when I asked for assistance. I was not happy with your employee and I was ashamed to hear an American treat someone that way. In the employee's defense, she was alone at the dest up until boarding time and was juggling a lot of balls without any other support. Not a good experience.

Flight was delayed due to ice storm. AA personnel were calm and kept passengers informed of when we might expected to get the next flight out. They brought in sandwiches, chips and water, which was a thoughtful thing to do.

The connecting flight was with air Canada. In general the flight was fine. Landed on a Saturday afternoon.

What was not fine was the horror at the other end when air Canada lost my bag (which had my suit and prescriptions) and couldn't tell me where it was or when it would be delivered for over two days of calling between their service centre and one the ground people at Boston. The call centre was in India, no one in Boston would tell them what was going on. It should not take three days to sort, when the bag had actually been sent on the next flight (on Saturday evening) after the one I took. Fortunately, was able to borrow BP medication from a relative and ultimately had to spend money to buy new suit and clothes before bag finally appeared because I had business meetings for which I needed appropriate attire. Every other airline I gave flown where my bag was delayed was always delivered in 24 hours. This was not Brussels airlines fault, it was the fault of air Canada.

Horrible flight; no complimentary soft drinks are served, not even better. The baggage did not arrive and Iberia does not even deliver the baggage, even though the fault was theirs. You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years.

Entertainment is so appreciated on long flights. It was quiet. Snacks done quickly. Took a long time to board, but the flight was full. We were delayed out of gate because of this. Unloading plane went fairly quick but could have been a problem for short connections. Those people should have been allowed to leave first.

Could not get a cup of coffee. I can't believe you charge for a cup of plain black coffee. To add insult to injury, my credit cards (plural) were declined and cash was not accepted. I have not had any problem with my cards anywhere else on this trip, so the problem was not mine.

Pretty basic one hour flight so there's not much to complain about or praise about. I got some sleep which was good.

The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me.

I paid $20,for the in flight Internet and it didn't work. Neither did my monitor.

Absolutely no part of the flight was comfortable or enjoyable.

The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach. The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage. A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding. During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the flight, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished. A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied “Yes”. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency. With no warning, all of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board. To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good.

But, the free texting was something only available in a country to which Donald Trump (the most patriotic American in his whole wide mind) thinks is so inferior! What’s up America? I had a great flight!

Passengers were kept well-informed by staff on flight status. Boarding process was efficient. Gate agents and crew were professional and friendly. Appreciated the in-flight entertainment.

Seating was cramped and claustrophobic. I'm only 5 feet tall and my legs were stiff after a 90 minute flight. "Snacks" were kind of pathetic - tiny bag of pretzels. The worst part was the crowded gate area at Boston. It made me feel like a cattle holding pen. Since we're told to get there two hours early, it would be nice to have more than a tiny little snack bar with overpriced pre-made sandwiches and salads that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Crappy lukewarm coffee. Starbucks is right outside security, but of course we can't bring liquids through.

I reserved two tickets and out of the four planes with took only one we had seats next to each other so we couldn't carry out some business on the flights.

Charmingly nice crew and involving captain

the delay of the flight, the drinks we had to pay in the lounge, some poeple got a 25$ compensation coupon and we didn’t. The connecting time was about 1 hour and the luggage was not put on the plane to beirut

i agreed to check in my bag at the gate when they asked for volunteers thinking I would get it at the gate of my destination but after i checked it in in gate attendant informed me that i would get my bag at the baggage claim

Entertainment is so appreciated on long flights. It was quiet. Snacks done quickly. Took a long time to board, but the flight was full. We were delayed out of gate because of this. Unloading plane went fairly quick but could have been a problem for short connections. Those people should have been allowed to leave first.

Passengers were kept well-informed by staff on flight status. Boarding process was efficient. Gate agents and crew were professional and friendly. Appreciated the in-flight entertainment.

Seating was cramped and claustrophobic. I'm only 5 feet tall and my legs were stiff after a 90 minute flight. "Snacks" were kind of pathetic - tiny bag of pretzels. The worst part was the crowded gate area at Boston. It made me feel like a cattle holding pen. Since we're told to get there two hours early, it would be nice to have more than a tiny little snack bar with overpriced pre-made sandwiches and salads that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Crappy lukewarm coffee. Starbucks is right outside security, but of course we can't bring liquids through.

Even if I missed the connection, I was happy that a connection was automatically send to me and I did not have to worry about mu baggage or check out at Pearson.

I reserved two tickets and out of the four planes with took only one we had seats next to each other so we couldn't carry out some business on the flights.

The connecting flight was with air Canada. In general the flight was fine. Landed on a Saturday afternoon.

What was not fine was the horror at the other end when air Canada lost my bag (which had my suit and prescriptions) and couldn't tell me where it was or when it would be delivered for over two days of calling between their service centre and one the ground people at Boston. The call centre was in India, no one in Boston would tell them what was going on. It should not take three days to sort, when the bag had actually been sent on the next flight (on Saturday evening) after the one I took. Fortunately, was able to borrow BP medication from a relative and ultimately had to spend money to buy new suit and clothes before bag finally appeared because I had business meetings for which I needed appropriate attire. Every other airline I gave flown where my bag was delayed was always delivered in 24 hours. This was not Brussels airlines fault, it was the fault of air Canada.

I had a great experience on my flight and the staff could NOT have done a better job. I want to thank everyone from the boarding gate to the deboarding gate, for such a nice experience. But listen up Americans, the entertainment would’ve been better, if one: the internet was free like it was in MEXICO! And two: the sound worked for the movies. (That might’ve been my fault... or my phone’s fault). But, the free texting was something only available in a country to which Donald Trump (the most patriotic American in his whole wide mind) thinks is so inferior! What’s up America? Can’t afford to give us free WiFi in our planes? I hear ya... What’re you gonna do Trump, build a wall around the United State’s overpriced internet service?!? Just kidding folks! I had a great flight!

I didn’t like nothing! Haha... see that just sounds cool and negative to say... but if you want to get technical and check my syntax and grammar and stuff, that means I DID like EVERYTHING! And I did! Thanks American I appreciate you!

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to text via free WiFi in the sky. Oddly, this same service is unable to be acquired, once you’re in the United States. Leave it to Mexico, a beautiful country that’s struggling with so much poverty, to offer up free internet service instead of some silly $20 per flight deal which occurs once you cross into (at least on the surface) the wealthy, not so poverty stricken, USA! AMERICA! America, the same America that the side of the plane you’re flying in, is so proudly representing. Rich, powerful, fair America needs the extra $20!

I loved all of it. I have nothing to complain about. Thanks for a great experience!! Except, if there’s any way that I can extend a complaint about the Cozumel airport... I was SO disappointed that they no longer carry those delicious Doritos, that can only be found in Mexico. Their stores stopped carrying them and I nearly died of sadness! Just kidding guys. I had a great experience and I love Cozumel airport. It’s one of my favorites, honestly.

The staff member at the gate counter in Philly was very short and rude. She asked for people volunteer to check their carry-on bags and when I took mine up she was very curt. She asked me for my seat number (I didn't hear her) and her tone got worse. A woman who did not speak English need assistance and was turned away by this person with s shrug. The Latina finally stood in the middle of the gate area asking for help from anyone who could speak English. I just spent 18 days I Madrid and never once was rejected when I asked for assistance. I was not happy with your employee and I was ashamed to hear an American treat someone that way. In the employee's defense, she was alone at the dest up until boarding time and was juggling a lot of balls without any other support. Not a good experience.

Flight was delayed due to ice storm. AA personnel were calm and kept passengers informed of when we might expected to get the next flight out. They brought in sandwiches, chips and water, which was a thoughtful thing to do.

Pretty basic one hour flight so there's not much to complain about or praise about. I got some sleep which was good.

The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me.
