Good flight, departing Moscow wasn't so bad even with the wintry conditions (JFK on the other hand...) Flight staff was friendly and well dressed, video worked, needs were met. Wasn't cold on the flight though I did sit by the window seat so the temperature was adjusted accordingly :) Overall, very pleased with Aeroflot. Would I do it again? Already have a trip booked in two months!

Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.
From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew.
The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!

No one could help. Finnair wouldn’t issue a refund. British Airways were not helpful.
This seems like an old plane. Poor quality of screen to watch movies and very small selection of movies. No charging spot to plug and charge our phones. This was a long trip and these two elements are important to make the trip enjoyable.
Announcement was made that flight was delayed for at least two hours and that delay might be longer or might be cancelled. Desk staff specifically said they would not help rebook until the 2 hour delay had passed. I bought a ticket on Delta amd actually flew to London.
