Cons: ". The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat."

Cons: "I understand the delay due to weather conditions, but I wish I was rebooked for one, not two connecting flights. Now, instead of flying directly to Sofia from Frankfurt, I have to go to Munich first and then to Sofia, which makes my trip 9 hours longer"

Total lack of customer service and concern"

They did offer empty "upgraded" premium economy seats for extra $300 on top of what I already paid. seats so narrow & thin (to squeeze more seats In), my hips hurt for final 3 hours. Miserable experience. Lufthansa fails in customer service."

Also by fortunate luck I had the chance to sleep as the next three seats to me were all empty in the middle block, which made the whole trip less exhaustive."
