Cons: "Flight delayed due to mechanical faults for 4 hours. $15 meal voucher is not sufficient to cover the cost of proper meal. Airlines if allocating seats automatically should not put a female in between two males, not a very nice experience. No option to amend seat."
Pros: "A basic US domestic flight"
Cons: "Entertainment, wifi, better food options, more room and comfort. Basically, more like Qantas"
Pros: "Crew was great."
Cons: "Leg room was just ok."
Pros: "Not a lot to like. Some flight attendants were nice. Others not so much."
Cons: "Filthy toilets at the beginning of the flight. If they were ever cleaned they didn’t get behind the toilet or the walls. The walls stained with something dripping. Paint peeling in toilet. No room at all. I am small and with seat in front pushed back I couldn’t move."
Cons: "very cramped"
Cons: "I told Nicole that my sound wasn’t working and I had tried with 3 different headsets. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Not good enough for the price you pay for Qantas. I travel with qantas all the time and have never received service like this."
Pros: "Normal standard for that kind of trip"
Pros: "Nothing, I pay for premium economy and can’t use the partnerships lounge—what’s the point!"
Cons: "Nothing, I pay for premium economy and can’t use the partnerships lounge—what’s the point!"
Cons: "Not being able to web check in causes stress pre-flight."

Pros: "Great service, flight was not packed and had an exit row to myself."
Cons: "Delayed by a half hour. Better than the 2 hours the last time I took this flight 3 weeks ago."
Pros: "Crew was excellent! Very friendly and attentive - entertainment selection was great and the plane stayed nice and cool which is really helpful for a 15hr flight - no one needs 300 sweaty people for 15 its."
Cons: "That we were required to check our overhead bag because it weighed more than 15lbs. Meanwhile as we boarded nearly every passenger had an overhead bag that most certainly weighed more than 15lbs. Not sure what was going on there...also the seats are a little tight when reclined. Once the seat in front of me reclined back I had my knees in the back of the chair the entire flight and I am not a particularly tall person- made for a pretty uncomfortable 15hrs."
Pros: "The wide selection of free movies and TV shows. The food is tasty!"
Cons: "Our first flight to LAX was delayed by 7 hours so we spent the day in Sydney airport, spending more money on meals that hadn’t been planned. Because of the delay, we missed our connecting flight from LAX to JFK. The flight we were re-booked on was also delayed for mechanical/paperwork issues so we arrived back home in NYC 8 hours later than originally scheduled. This caused us to spend more money on a taxi since it was too late to take public transportation. it also made it difficult to settle back in at home because both my husband and I had to get up early for work the next day and we missed several hours of unpacking and cooking time we would have had had our flight not been delayed."
Pros: "As my partner and I got on board, flight attendants greeted us with a smile. Upon deplaning, each flight attendant we passed by said "thank you" for flying Qantas to Sydney"
Cons: "My partner and I wish we could check-in on the App instead of checking in for flight on the web site via laptop"
Pros: "Friendly Service and free drinks"
Cons: "Long flight"
Pros: "The 787 Premium economy"
Pros: "Clean plane and polite crew"
Cons: "Left late and food was just average"
Pros: "Crew were good, much better than on the previous flight."
Cons: "Boarding was shambolic and all passengers on a 100% full flight were crowded into a small area near the gate with no clear idea of what was going on and ground staff could not be heard, it actually bordered on becoming dangerous. Full flight Poor maintenance of inflight entertainment system, sound jack ports loose and affects sound quality."
Pros: "Price and first experience with Quantas"
Cons: "Didn't get to choose a seat and therefore got middles both ways"
Pros: "Appreciate the leg room. I had a kit from business which included earplugs. Very grateful for them as there was a screaming baby nearby. Last time I could PE it was a different kit and had no buds. Staff were very friendly and excellent service all round."
Cons: "Food is not so good in Premium. Really notice the difference after flying Business, but I also heard Q recently changed provider. Pasta was bland, overcooked, uninspiring. Muesli tasted very sugary, like it was made with brown sugar. Not as healthy as the biz class meals."
Pros: "Staff was very accommodating"
Pros: "I like food and service of crew members"
Cons: "Yes I like it"
Pros: "prompt checkin, boarding, baggage came out fast"
Cons: "no drinks service prior to meal, seats squashy, don't eat the stir fried noodles they are tragic, entertainment system didn't work properly - again."
Pros: "The crew was pleasantly pleasent when passengers make mistakes but firm as need, thus getting what needed done as pleasantly as possible."
Cons: "Entertainment system was stuck and stay stuck on kids program and system had no way to get back to main entry point. Software programmers had either failed to put in a "home" icon / link on the Kids home page. Also, turning system off, and leaving it off for 3+ minutes did not do so either; this likely a failure of software designers to specific such or system itself not functioning per design."
Pros: "On schedule departure & arrival times Seamless easy check-in at Learmonth"
Cons: "On board food offering was poor Expensive for distance travelled No onboard entertainment"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hr 30 min because of catering issues. Because of that only one hot meal for 14 hr flight. Diabetic food was the worst I ever had. My prepaid seat for extra $35 AUD wasn't available. The seat was uncomfortable and the pillow was huge - I had to put it on a floor. I am surprised why Qantas is rated #9 among best airlines for 2016. I will try to avoid Qantas in the gorier."
Pros: "We were late arriving due to roadworks at the entrance to the airport leading us miles out of our way due to poor signage Baggage had closed and the Qantas staff were excellent in ensuring that we caught the flight .Well done !"
Pros: "The crew was attentive and friendly, food was great and the wide variety of entertainment offered made the 16+ hour flight go by quickly"
Cons: "Only downside was fellow travelers being inconsiderate."
Pros: "crew was very nice and helpful"
Cons: "seats are somewhat uncomfortable."
Pros: "Flight attendants were the best. Everything about the flight was perfect. Also, I didn't even realize we had landed it was such a smooth landing."
Pros: "Entertainment and crew was good"
Cons: "I've flown a lot over the years and been on some long flights but this was beyond bad as far as comfort. When the people in front of us layed their seats down we could not even move and when meals were served the flight attendants had to ask the passengers in front of us to please put their seats up so that they could serve us food. Then when the service was over the people layed their seats right down...they were literally in our laps."
Pros: "They made us sit in the plane for close to 4 hours without any food. I almost passed out as the plane was so warm (AC broken) and they didn't give us anything except a small cup of water. The delayed made me miss my connection which couldn't be rearranged."
Cons: "Good was awful but I appreciated that they had gluten free options."
Cons: "Having to pay for food in American Airlines codeshare flight."
Cons: "I did not at all like the fact that the Qantas supplied headphones did not come with an adaptor to convert my pwn noise cancelling earphones to stereo sound."
Cons: "The plane was freezing cold even with multiple layers and a blanket"
Pros: "Serving of food"
Pros: "The crew manager worked tirelessly to move rows of passengers to other seats because the entertainment system didn't work for a bank of passengers on the long haul flight."
Cons: "Our entertainment system didn't work and we had to split up to move seats."
Cons: "very limited choices compared tpo sydney to san francisco leg of trip. old technology."
Pros: "I left my cell phone on my seat. When checking in for connecting flight in Sydney notified agent. He took info and gave me the number to call for lost items. The phone was returned prior to take off. Had to be retrieved from Domestic Terminal and transferred to International Terminal"
Pros: "Qantas entertainment system was excellent, very up to date. broad selection of movies and TV shows, good selection of music as well. The AA flight on a 737-800 was unexpectedly excellent, the seats are very comfortable, spacious, and the entertainment system superb."
Cons: "for the Qantas flight, seats were abysmal for a 15hr flight. These are similar to the intolerable seats and spacing for domestic (US) flights on legacy carriers (although, American is now radically changing seat dimensions and comfort on the 737-800). For a 6hr flight, it is not tolerable. For a 15hr non-stop flight, it is punishing. The Qantas A380-200 is no longer a new plane. The seat hardware is tired, lumpy, stiff, back-breaking. This could be improved by more space per seat, but it is not. I am 6'3" (189cm) and not at all fat (75kg), but the amount of seating space was tight. Again, this is an inconvenience for a short flight, and absolutely punishing on a long, 15hr, flight. It was not a cheap flight, and surely some updated seats can be put in, with fewer rows. By contrast, I flew back to US on Air New Zealand, and was entirely comfortable on a 12hr leg on very modern and spacious seats in the lowest economy class seat, on a 777 plane for a much cheaper fare."
Pros: "1st class care from chief steward John. I travelled with a sick child and was given 110% service that included an upgrade, pedialyte and O2 for my child, and regular "checks" on us. Absolutely outstanding service!!"
Cons: "We were originally seated next to a huge (300lb?) passenger, who "overflowed" onto my seat (requiring 2 seatbelts to secure her). (The person in front of her couldn't recline her seat fully or she would have crushed her stomach!)"
Pros: "Great service, good food."
