Cons: "Air Canada connecting flight from LA was 1 hr late coming in and no indication was given whether the flight to Milan would wait, nor any help was given in getting us to the gate. We barely made it through crowds at the adjacent gates and only because we heard our name called before closing the gate. A bit of coordination and desire to help would have gone a long way in helping navigate access through a long and less than walker-friendly set of terminals."
Cons: "One flight attendant was rather unpleasant. When she asked my husband what he wanted to drink he asked "Can I have coffee?" Her repsonse was a firm "No.' Confused, he repeated the question and she again responded with "no." I had to ask her, "Are you not serving hot drinks on this flight?" I'm always shocked by this kind of behavior in some flight attendants. Why didn't she just say, "I'm sorry. We aren't serving hot drinks now"?"

Pros: "Not certain the type of aircraft used for the flight from Orlando to Toronto, but it had more leg room and more comfortable seats that the flight to Orlando which was on an Airbus. The seats were a wee bit wider and the extra few inches of leg room made the difference between a completely unbearable flight and one that was "poor." (See comments about the crowding and heat.)"
Cons: "We were returning after a cruise, spent part of the day on a shore excursion before being dropped off at the airport 5 hours before our flight. There was no rep at the check-in counter until 3 hours before the flight which meant we had to sit in the terminal for two hours. If they could have had one rep on duty to check in early arrivals, we could have proceeded through security and spent time in the MCO Lounge which would have been more comfortable than the terminal. Once their check-in counter opened it took about 2 hours to clear that and security. Once on board the sold out flight, we were told it was too cold in the front of the plane; while in the back it was baking. For a flight departing Florida, I would expect the airline to have A/C running before we boarded."
Pros: "I liked, that the staff was nice and friendly, I got my gluten-free food and there was enough entertainment (movies, movies, ...) to choose from, which made it a pleasant flight. Unfortunately, our flight from Munich to Toronto had a delay, so I couldn't make it to the connecting flight. Without having to ask or complain, Air Canada booked us on the next possible flight, which was the next morning, and gave us the boarding passes and a voucher for a Sheradon hotel close to Toronto airport, where I went by a free Sheradon Shuttle bus."
Cons: "I would have liked to be informed more than two times in 30minutes at the boarding area, about what was going on with the plane having to start later. It's not the waiting that is the bad thing in my eyes, it's the not knowing what is going on, also for passengers arriving after the first announcement. I could imagine people being a little more understanding, if they know what is going on, as well as your staff being less busy to answer questions, but instead being able to solve part of the problem."

Cons: "The in flight entertainment is a joke, it's a 14 hour flight so why are there only 3 episodes of any tv show? The food was inedible, and beverages were limited to 3 choices coffee, water or juice. I was trying to sleep on the plane but every time a flight attendant would walk past me they would run into me (and I was very much within my seat) and wake me up. They also woke me up to ask if I wanted food twice. The seats were so uncomfortable. I'm an able bodied 20 something and if I am in this much physical pain from flying I can't imagine what an elderly person must feel like after flying Air Canada. The pillow that was provided gave me no comfort what so ever, it wasn't think enough to even offer some back support."

They cancelled the round trip flights i had departing from vancouver to mexico and back so i never was able to use this flight to Vancouver and now will just have a credit there until used. can provide a better rating once i am able to use the flight."

Hotel sent me back to airport because i didn't have voucher which AIr Canada guys said they can't make one? Everything didn't make sense. And they told me not to come again. Cons: "The flight was delayed for hours but not technically cancelled, which the ground crew blamed upon the flight crew and vice versa. The failure to cancel caused us to be unable to rebook, and subsequent avoidable delays arising from Air Canada's ineptitude caused us to be two,days late for arrival. The problem was solvable with some simple rebooking, but the ground,crew failed to assist, then the flight crew, when we finally left five hours late, was Impersonable, unhelpful, uninformed, and utterly unprepared. It was a terrible, second rate, poor quality experience and I would not recommend Air Canada to anyone. Your airline needs serious training in Professionalism and responsiveness."

Cons: "In my flight to India, I was asked to check in my hand baggage at Calgary. This bag got left behind in Toronto and I received it in India after 2 days. This was a big inconvenience. I wish Air Canada had compensated me for this inconvenience. On my way back, my checked in baggage was badly damaged. I realize that the airline is not responsible for this and it is the airport crew. Overall a good experience. I will definitely take this flight again, but will not check in my hand baggage. The crew is very friendly and helpful - great service."
Cons: "I arrived before the earlier flight to Cleveland, but even though there was room on the flight for me Air Canada said I would have to pay $150 to switch to that flight. So I had to wait five hours (and the next flight was delayed) for no reason. Air Canada should be more accomodating to customers who want to take an earlier flight, as I had to wait around for no reason whatsoever."

I reached the airport and on being checked at the counter, I was told that I cannot board because I don't have a Canadian visa. It was shocking to learn that I needed visa for a 1.5 hour layover. The website should give a prompt or should share the requirements. And all my ticket money got wasted."

Cons: "Four-hour flight delay released in one hour increments without announcement -gate displayed "on time departure" for the duration of the delay. Our hassles were compensated with meager meal vouchers given too late, There was no pre-boarding on our flight (just one big cattle call) which made boarding with child and gear extra awkward,"
