Cons: Racist flight attendant targeted only 3 black people on the flight for chairs, bags, etc... But the people right next to us on either side received no reprimand. Terrible exclusionary actions.

Pros: Clean airplane and great flight attendants!!! Love the fact that it has extra room for legs which makes flying so much easier. Price per checked in bag is very reasonable and allow people to check in bags rather then carrying extra large bags on the plain as pretend carry on.

Cons: Wheels down in philadelphia on time, but then very, very long taxi to gate. At gate, no agent to meet us for 15 or 20 minutes. Very frustrating. Half hour late despite on-time wheels on ground.

Pros: The seats were very comfortable. The snacks and drinks were free and had a good variety to choose from. Watching Direct tv was an added bonus. The attendants were all very nice and efficient.
Cons: It would have been quicker and easier to board from the back of the plane forward. No one would have to wait while people stowed their bags and the people seated would not have to suffer through being hit with bags as people struggled to get through with their luggage.

Cons: Food choices are limited, but I understand it is a short flight.

Cons: Late! I know there's no control over the weather but I don't have to be happy about it.

Pros: The ladies at the gate were able to provide us with the best updates and tried their best to keep everyone calm and answer as many questions as possible and were constantly checking for updates. They also provided water and chips for us where no one else was trying t do anything at all.
Cons: The flight was delayed several hours due to mechanical issues in the cockpit. Why they would think we would want to fly on that plane after the pilot refused the "fix" and left because he and his crew "timed out" because we waited so long. Flight was scheduled to depart at 8:26pm, we didn't depart until well after 1am. I got home at 6am! The ladies at the gate were awesome, however the "supervisor, Armondo Gonzalez Figueroa, only came to restate what had already been said by the gate agents, did not have ANY answers, did not offer any solutions, barely answered any questions, and stopped the gate agents from removing blankets of the plane to provide to the many many passengers who were waiting there freezing. The compensation offered was a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Cons: They did have entertainment screens which was a plus. During both flights they did not work properly which was frustrating.

Cons: My flight was delayed by more than 2hrs. We were told that it was because of the weather in Boston. However, other airlines were not delayed this much. Also, it was initially very cold on the plane, but the flight corrected that later by turning on the heat.

Pros: THe ground crew was able to get me on an earlier flight home.

Cons: It was late about 30 minutes. But the overall was good.

Pros: The flight was fast and comfortable. The crew was quick and organized. The seats were comfortable as was the foot room.
Cons: The tvs were broken the entire flight but I had a book so I was able to read that instead. When the tvs were working the earphone jacks were so worn out my earphones barely worked. Basically old and tired.

Cons: Cars & dogs allowed on flight . 90 year old traveler having trouble exiting .
