Pros: It was a quick and comfortable flight, no complaints.

Pros: awesome

Cons: AA needs to standardize their WiFi. Sometimes it is boingo, GoGo, or Panasonic or something other. Each has a different way of logging in. It is way too complicated. Sometimes you can watch on the iPad in a browser, other times you need a flash player or the AA app. Have a common way of at least accessing the internet, otherwise it can take 10 minutes to log in if switching from a GoGo yo Panasonic service. It is just too difficult and buggy. I am glad I don’t actually pay for the internet.

Pros: The flight crew and the captain were terrific.
Cons: Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion.

Pros: Pilot and crew were great even though we had lots of delays due to weather
Cons: Gate agents were a little rude to some customers

Pros: Nothing
Cons: We made thru customs and rescreening and still 18 minutes early. The gate agent literally closed the gate right I front of us. Argued that they closed the flight. AA closed the gate 8 minutes above the minimum 10 minute gate close requirement. We missed our flight and there was no announcement.

Cons: Wider seating

Pros: Crew was professional.
Cons: AA is rated next to last in being on time. It shows. Seats were uncomfortable. At least the interactive screen in the seat back worked well, and was informative.

Pros: The announcements were clear and the captain did not mumble! Not sure what happened at the airport but we had issues with ground crew not coming to help park us. The captain made sure we were informed and it didn’t really add to much to our time.

Pros: Crew was friendly. Clean plane.
Cons: WiFi wasn’t functioning Boarding and deplaning process is the slowest I’ve ever experienced on any airline. First time flying AA in years. Not sure I would do it again.

Cons: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment

Pros: Price, entertainment, direct flight
Cons: Plane left because pilot was late, little to no legroom for a 6"2 person. Boarding procedure is a joke. Instead of their group system the plane should be boarded from the back. By the time group 8 comes on board there is no room in the overhead bins.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very bad operation at the gate i was ticketed with a new ticket because the flight was late and others and i miss a connection the agent who was at the end of her shift gave me a ticket in error i was pulled off the plane and not permited to fly until the next day

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cancelled

Pros: Quick boarding, smooth on time flight. Easy access to DC from Reagan airport

Pros: much improved food quality and entertainment quality then previous international flights on AA.

Pros: The flight crew were absolutely marvelous and were wonderful on board.
Cons: British Airways had too tight of connections on flights that we purchased and then they ran late. Because of this, we had to rebook both going to Europe and coming back. Our friends were then charged extra luggage fees when being put on a domestic flight back home after going through customs. It will be difficult for me to want to use British Airways again because of all the flight change notifications we got before traveling and then once we did actual travel.

Cons: American Airlines has terrible customer service. We were unable to board our flight at the Philadelphia airport because when we arrived (almost 2 hours before our flight) the ticket counter was already closed for the evening. No one from American Airlines could help us. We were left stranded at the ticket counter until it reopened at 3:15 am. We are very disappointed and disgusted with the poor service we received from American Airlines. After hearing multiple horror stories from others, it is safe to say we will never fly that airline again.

Pros: Free in-flight entertainment. Like that in-flight entertainment is available on users device, rather than screens in headrests. Staff were courteous and friendly.
Cons: Flight delayed d/t computer glitches and problems in NC. Once we eventually boarded, we were forced to check our carryon luggage d/t lack of space.

Pros: Boarding has been fast, food and entertainment were very good.

Pros: The food and movies
Cons: The lack of communication while waiting to board about why plane was delayed even though it was already there. Service was ok, nothing stood out nor was extremely bad.

Pros: Fast booking
Cons: my flight was cancelled. I got a call earlier today that I was rebooked to an earlier flight. I had to rush out of the hotel to return the car. Flight was delayed for another hour.

Pros: got a new plane fairly quickly
Cons: mechanical problems on plane we were switched to at last minute so that our first plane a few gates down could load people to another city where more connections that would be missed if they had been on our now canceled flight

Pros: One of the flight attendants was nice.
Cons: AA is now trying to save money (presumably) by doing like Delta: forcing half of us to connect in Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Charlotte airport is not ready to accommodate so many people. The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub.

Pros: Everyone was nice
Cons: No gluten free snacks. Flight was late

Pros: I took American's first direct flight between Philadelphia and San Antonio. It was a nice plane, good service, and amenities for a cost. Love that the plane had plugs!

Pros: Actually assigned a middle seat, unable to change it but found that there was nobody else in that row!!!
Cons: See above

Pros: The flight was 30 minutes faster than initially scheduled. It was great.
Cons: The flight left 10 minutes late, but on my positive comments, this was remedied in the end.

Pros: new plane, on time
Cons: Somewhat bumpy landing if I'm being picky...

Pros: For the long flights business class is the way to go.

Pros: The individual screen options and wide variety to keep you entertained for the flight. Very clean. Staff very helpful kind and accommodating! Look forward to flying again with them.
Cons: Bathrooms smelled of urine by the end. Not really their fault that the passengers were filthy.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: I paid extra for the bulkhead seats for the leg room, and it was worth it. In general, it was an easy flight.

Pros: Very prompt
Cons: Staff were short with passengers, and one was quite rude to an older gentleman.

Pros: The food
Cons: The smell of the bathroom

Pros: People was nice

Cons: Flight delayed 3 times, mini plane.

Pros: Cleanliness of plane, attitude of crew, on time
Cons: 0600 departure. Too early.

Pros: I appreciated the fact that I kept getting flight delay updates....
Cons: I purchased the earliest flight of the day from Vegas to Los Angeles so I could be in LA by 11am so I could attend the 1pm Dodger game at dodger stadium... ( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ....

Cons: I paid for a non-stop from Seattle to Philadelphia. they cancelled it and only had options that dragged out the trip, caused an extra day of lost work. There was no attempt or offer to ameliorate the inconvenience, or refund the cost -- even an upgrade would have been appreciated. just here's what we have, take it or leave it. I am through with American

Cons: on a 7 hour flight over the pacific ocean and you dont provide a meal? you fly from egypt to germany, a 3 hour flight and you get a meal, so what's your excuse?

Pros: roomy flight, great movie selection, food was great

Pros: Traveling out was easy
Cons: Coming back was harder. As this was booked via Alaska but flown with partner American - coming back American's website would not allow me to print my boarding pass. A note said I had to check with customer service when I got to the airport. Which took 40 min to get to a rep. Once there they had trouble printing. Had to call corp - then finally a boarding pass with 25 min to get though TSA and to the gate. #stressfull

Cons: Pretzels too salty

Pros: Got me to Dallas
Cons: Delays, felt like a hurded cow

Pros: It was a very quick flight! I got some great rest and went right into work, ready for the day.
Cons: They checked my carry on, and it ran me a little late leaving from Nashville waiting at baggage claim.

Cons: I paid $75.00 to take an earlier flight and Americans crew error nullified this. I feel ripped off.

Pros: Constantly good AA service
Cons: The chairs have to be better for a 7h flight

Pros: The crew were friendly. The lunch was nice. It was not memorable first leg of journey.
Cons: The standard of appearance for the flight crew was anything but memorable. Combing hair and getting it out of the face would be a great start. I probably would not have noticed. Its what we are used to now. But, I had just come off a BA flight. What a difference.
