Cons: "Our luggage was the last to arrive planeside from our late flight from Vancouver. We saw out luggage on the cart next to the plane, but apparently someone decided not to put it on the plane. We are now at least 24 hours without our luggage (we still don't have it) and cannot take advantage of our very expensive vacation. I must say, we will stop using Lufthansa and all partner airlines. This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"

We received two meals and frequent beverage service. The seats were pretty comfortable, though when the seat in front of you reclined the space was greatly reduced."

Pros: "Flight 1751 Miami to Cleveland 1/11/21. Flight attendants did not enforce mask policy! Family of four sick sneezing, coughing, short of breath. The fathers mask was down the entire flight. Even when the flight attendants picked up the trash. They were informed after the flight they did not comply with CDC, Department of health, and state policies. Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies."

Cons: "Because our first flight was delayed over 4 hours we missed our connection and had to be re-booked on the only other flight that still had seats that day. We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

While I understand there are some delays sometimes, this was the ONLY flight to Greensboro out of DCA, and the times kept changing throughout the day, even though the gate agents knew that the issue was that the crew was delayed. There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

In general, AA could provide more accurate updates and boarding information for their flights. For example, if the inbound aircraft arrives at the time my flight should be boarding, I want to see an updated departure time, rather than maintaining the "on time" status right up until five minutes before the new boarding time. Generally it takes 25-30 minutes to turn the plane for the next outbound flight."

I don't fault them for someone getting sick at the last minute or my inconvenience, but it was still inconvenient."
