The boarding process took very long, partly due to passengers on incoming flight took too long to deplane

The flight left on time and landed early. The attendants were polite and friendly. Thank you

Very good, it would be good if payment for drinks could be accepted by card too.

The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder

Nightmare at check in because of restrictibe and unmanageable baggage rules. Very long line and slow because of these policies. Not a smart way to make $

No way to talk to support. Is all online self help or chat bot. Now way to speak to a person and the automated options are useless.
