Cons: "The airplane seamed VERY WEARED OUT, even the winds, when you look through the window. Crew had to beat really hard carry-on luggage containers to close them. There was a lot of turbulence and because of the visible bad conditions of the plane we heard noises from the fuselage that were not normal. We feared for our lives... when in the way for landing we were loosing altitud softly, as it should, but there was a moment that the pilot pushed SUDENLY up again in a very hard way, after a few minutes he said it was to allow more time between planes, and that we will do one more tour that will take 10 more minutes. When we finally landed people were clapping, we also clapped celebrating we were alive. I think, if Jet Blue doesn’t replace or at least FIX this kind of rusty planes, I’m done with this company. It was a couple of dollars cheaper, but, my life is worth more than this."

Cons: "The entire time we were at the gate (~ 1+ hr prior to boarding) one or the other Jetblue employees announced OVER AND OVER AND OVER that the information on the electronic screen was wrong. So the question is, WHY? Not why was it wrong. Why couldn't it be changed??? There is no reason that I can think of why an electronic screen cannot be updated or turned off. Whatever excuse that Jetblue can come up with for why the screen remained incorrect, forcing constant broadcast messaging is not sufficient. If it's the airport's fault, Jetblue should be expressing their displeasure at least at the level I am. It was TRULY ANNOYING, and provided no gaurantee that customers were getting to the correct gates for the two flights."

Cons: "Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

I never again i would took Delta because I call a day before my departure to see if they would help me changing my flight by morning and they couldn’t they told me that i have to pay $300 dollars."

There's no Delta lounge, so you're stuck trying to find something to eat and somewhere to sit well before our flight. Pros: "My Delta flight from Salt Lake to Orlando was the dreaded redeye. Flight was packed, no empty seats. I had a middle row seat. But the plane was new and the seats were comfortable. The flight arrived early.I slept or tried to sleep the entire flight. No complaints."

Cons: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

Cons: "Was not allowed to get on slightly early with a car seat and a 3 year old to get situated in the seats, though on every other flight we have been allowed to. There was a delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

Cons: "[1] the "group system" boarding process arranges passengers in an aleatory way making the process totally chaotic. For instance last groups are the last ones to enter the aircraft and don't easily find space for the hand luggage. They have to accommodate bags under the front seat making the already uncomfortable trip more painful. Also this process may delay the departure time. [2] Food service is terrible. no options, specially for kids or people with food restrictions. Not even the payed ones offer healthy food alternatives. [3] No comfort at all for a flight that departs little before midnight and arrives at 7 am at its destination. They forgot about the pillows and blankets you find in other airlines. [4] at the end, when I collected my baggage I realized 1 wheel was missing from one of my suitcases. I informed the airline and 3 days later I receive an email saying that the airline is not responsible for damages that include wheels and other "baggage accessories" I did not rate the flight poor because at least it manages to arrive to its final destination..."

The flight attendant gave me ginger ale and pretzels and let me sit in the back so i didn't have to go back and forth. The other flight attendant had aroma therapy that helped a lot but i was just too freaked out. Those two made the flight as nice as possible."

Cons: "- Delayed by 30 minutes or so at take off - Too cold in the cabin, no more blankets to provide - Overhead compartments were full so people with a luggage where asked to get back to the front of the plane to check in their luggage. Very inefficient process as there were still people trying to board at the same time - No in-flight entertainment"

Cons: "Flight leaving Reno was 40 minutes late due to a plane not coming in which is just a part of flying but after the plane arrived we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to board because the flight attendants got off the plane to do whatever in the airport and then the same ones came back 15-20 minutes later and got on the plane. I should not almost miss the flight so the staff can get off the plane to stretch their legs or get a coffee."

Pros: "We had a 1pm connecting flight to SF enroute to Los Angeles and it was suddenly cancelled without any notification. Luckily, Kayak had notified me about the cancellation and we immediately called United to take the next flight out. The earliest was at 5:50pm and we didn’t get back to LA till 7:50pm. The 5:50pm flight was late and therefore push everything out..."
Cons: "No communication from United... the crew and staff was fine, it was just the lack of communication that was disappointing! Not to mention, I had my dog boarded at Doggy Daycare and I’d missed picking her up due to the late return back to LA."

Cons: "I've flown with United before, and I've only had nothing but trouble. Decided to give them one last try, since their flights were a few bucks cheaper. Big mistake. They canceled my return flight last minute, and scheduled a new one over 24 hours later. Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."

Cons: "Very uncomfortable ride. Now I know what dinners feel like. Recently flew Delta and didn't notice discomfort like this."

Cons: "I don't like when they leave me at the gate in my wheelchair. I don't like it even more when they take the wheelchair. I feel really uneasy when I am left at the gate. So I have the wheelchair pusher let someone know from the gate that I am there and will need assistance. Once again being sexually assaulted going through the metal detectors. Outside of being foreign most of the United employees seem like complete morons. Also there was that same bag in front of me. So my legroom was restricted."

Cons: "Bad crew attitude No entertainment Terrible baggage policy Poor snack options Absolutely no leg room Since Continental was taken over by United it's been going downhill but this flight was just awful. After living in the Newark, NJ area for over 20 years and flying with them as long, I'm awfully tired of them. I will consider other airport options for nonstop flights or do layovers bc I can't stand their overpriced seats and poor service."

Cons: "Our flights were all cancelled or delayed and they gave us nothing to apologize. We lost 2 whole days of vacation and the cost of our rooms. All of the customer service people were rude. One lady in particular was so rude I had to walk away from the desk. The movie on the plane skipped and was unwatchable. I hate this airline and would pay more to fly another one."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours and then cancelled. This delayed my trip with family to Missouri and inconvenienced many people. On top of that, due to cancellation had to stay in hotel without my luggage and my pills that I have to take daily. Worst experience ever!! I need compensation for all this mess!!!!"

Cons: "On the 3 hour and 18 minute trip to NY in the coach section the seats have hard plastic armrests and a paded armrest would make your airline the cats meow. Give the coach section a little comfort please."

Cons: "The flight was over one hour late in leaving and while I appreciate that is beyond the control of the flight crew, one steward was quite rude as we were quickly trying to board as she prioritized serving the first class cabin rather than get us all on the plane. At the very least she could have used commonly acceptable language such as "please, thank you and excuse me" but rather chose to use "wait". As some of us where desperate to make a tight connection in SF, focusing on getting people on board and the plane off the ground should have been the crew focus."

Cons: "I had no indication that my flight was actually with united and not air canada. I almost missed my flight as a result. Was incredibly stressful."
