These questions are hard to answer. It was not until I checked in that I learned my flight was going to Seattle for a connection and not Portland. I did not get notified, or asked, about this change by Alaska or Kayak. Thankfully I made this flight; but missed the connecting flight and it took me much longer to get home. A service representative for Alaska says this happens frequently with third party companies, like Kayak. Please please figure that out.
I got the last seat on the plane, in the back in the corner against the window, and I paid a competitive price for my ticket several weeks before the flight.

Quick boarding, efficient and pleasant crew. Wish they worked the mic better in the terminal to be understood more clearly.
Flight was cancelled while everyond was on the plane, ready for take off
Boarding, crew, and duration were great. The lack of built-in entertainment is a turn-off, especially in this day and age. I’m also tall, so comfort is always an issue. More legroom without extra cost for taller passengers would be great.
The people were nice. I did not make my flight and they immediately gave me the next one out.
This is the first time I fly with Alaska and it was a great experience. No delays, friendly crew, arrived on time. It was just a two hour flight from Burbank to Portland.
The personnel were professional and friendly. The Boeing 737 Max 9 is too claustrophobic and was very warm at both airport gates, and still warm in the air.
While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the following observations are for your awareness. There was some delay on the tarmac on take off and landing. The paid lunch/food offerings were limited. Entertainment was only available on WiFi at a cost.
get E+, a must for 5 hours flight if you are tall
The first flight was better in terms of the aircraft.
The gate was too far away for the connecting flight
Compared with other carriers business class for an overnight was not worth the extra expense.
Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
Pilot Erika DeLong made us feel safe and at ease in a frankly scary time to be flying. Her warm smile and greeting and excellent command of the aircraft in foggy bumpy weather helped us all to calm our nerves and get us home safely.
Plenty of room for me and the cat in Premium Economy. Seat was comfortable. Boarding was a breeze. The lady at the special check-in desk was great, super helpful and professional.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
