Cons (-) While we found the people working there friendly and helpful, sometimes they were hard to find at all. Not one time during our stay (admittedly short) did I see someone behind the desk. When we needed someone we had to ring the bell. Two of the three times we rang the bell for service there was still no response and we had to find an alternative.
