Very bad, I renting a minivan because I have Fusion and knee surgery and minivan is low and easy to get into the car, but they give me a crossover sport car, U begging to give me a minivan and they said that was a minivan , they think I was stupid plus the price was higher and I pay premium insurance for the car please verify the vendors advertising because they not honor for what I requested and payReviewed Jun 10 2026

I would’ve given top ratings because the Alamo manager was great. However, I specifically reserved a convertible mustang several weeks before hand and there weren’t any available during pickup. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy at all. The only other thing they had for a convertible, was a Jeep. Not realizing how terrible they are on fuel until I had to fill up again before making it to Gainesville (from WPB).Reviewed May 21 2026
