Cons:I had to drop the keys in a drop box and hope someone checked the box
Pros:The clerk at Kalispell was very helpful. The car was excellent, good performance under horrible driving conditions.
Cons:Other than the weather which was horrible which resulted in a half hour delay at pickup due to lots of snow and very cold weather.

Pros:They had what they promised, a 7 seat van and a t a great price. I reserved it 6 months ahead and It was at least 50%less than other offers on line.
Pros:The vehicle was just fine for what I needed. Just transportation from the airport to the resort.
Cons:I did not like being over charged for gas! They make it sound like you are making out by getting gas from them to replace the fuel that you used for less than you would get from a gas station. When I received the vehicle it had a half of a tank of fuel. I drove a total of 57 miles and they charged me $51.34. Not a good way to do business as far as I am concerned. They lost me, my friends, and family as a customers!

Cons:We received a car that had seen better days and was in rough shape. They really should have repaired things like the missing hubcap before renting it out.
Pros:The vehicle was clean, ran well, and gave us no problems.
Cons:The line was long to pickup the vehicle from the airport. Lots of people in line, but only two people working the counter.
