Pros:The staff was perfect from start to finish and the pricing was great!
Cons:Awesome service and MUCH more easier to deal with than other rental companies..
Cons:Charged for an entire week when only rented for 3 days. Never received a receipt until we called customer service. Never had a call returned from MHK site to resolve being overcharged. Still have not received call. Customer service call center is excellent. MHK customer service is nonexistent.
Cons:Just so expensive lately. The location was open very small window of time which made pick up a little stressful, worrying if they’d close before I got there. Otherwise overall wonderful and quick pickup/drop off.
Pros:Alamo has great prices and customer service. Their cars are clean and they don't charge a deposit or charge more than they say.
Pros:THE GIRL WHO RENTED US THE CAR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, EASY GOING & A HAPPY SOUL. WE ENJOYED OUR EXPERIENCE THERE.
Cons:The car windows were dirty, but only because they are re-doing the parking lot and with all the dust then a sprinkle of rain, well, we just we washed them off. No biggie.
Pros:I was able to go and get my car before my bag came off the plane! Great person at the desk.
