Pros:Ease of everything. No hassles. They got a pike pass for the car.
Pros:Friendly staff for check in, pick up and drop off. Car was cheap when we booked it.
Cons:Insurance made the car way more expensive when we checked in.

Cons:This was worthless. No one from Alamo was there when I arrived at the rental center. Tried calling Alamo. Only received an automated recording that were closed and to call back tomorrow. Ended up having to call an Uber.
Pros:The value was great, but I also loved how quickly I got my vehicle. Most other times I've rented a car, it's taken me forever to get my vehicle.
Cons:There probably should have been a sign indicating where to go to catch the shuttle to ride to the airport. It was about 3:00 AM and there was nobody out there (which is reasonable), but there should have been a sign.
Cons:The car was not as clean as I would have expected and one tire was low on air.

Cons:I paid $20 more than the advertised final price on Kayak.
Cons:actually renting us the car would have been great. My sons license expired March 17th, he has not been able to renew it because the NY DMV has been closed since late February. You would not take my debit card so you would not rent us the car. Interesting enough we went to Budget and they had no trouble renting us a vehicle. Consider us X Alamo customers.
